I had this issue, just stuck it with black silicone :cwl: , i think now if the silicon got damaged the plastic is pulled back due to it being stuck there for months and it should be ok

Stock BD? Now running 35's?
Could be the crash bars. They are removed for SAS package.

Remove the mud flaps? Don’t turn the wheel to full lock? Get smaller tires? Embrace the rubbing?

I personally hate mud flaps. but it fills the door handles with mud/snow

My AT4Ws rub on the mounting screws for my RokBlokz, but only when the wheels are turned and the suspension compresses

adding a bit of caster should help a bit. Truck would still rub a bit until I had a 1 inch lift installed.

Looks like aftermarket wheels with a ton of poke????
... yep, that's what will happen if you do that.
Having the wheel stick that far out makes that big ol' tire swing in a massive arc compared to the stock offset wheels.

+30 or 35mm offset should work.
(factory Squatch is +30mm ) I run/ran the Methods with +35 with zero lift, 35x11.5-17 Toyos. Ford mudflaps are not an issue with this set up.
+55 might give a bit of rub on the sway bar. (All the other factory wheels are +55mm , including the Badlands on 33's )
