Removing back window on a hardtop

In full transparency, My wife's Subaru has to sit outside when the roof is off, it's a price I'm willing to pay.

This is my two car (deep) garage.
Our two vehicles sit outside 24/7… 365 days a year.
The garage is for storage and my work shop.

I've taken the glass out many times as I swap it back and forth with my custom half cab...its easier w 2 people, but only takes a few minutes.

How did you remove the wiring leading to the wiper mechanism?? I see no easy disconnect at all.
