Just to pile on you @horseshart  , I have had this problem and was not aware it was widespread and that there was a solution until this thread. I had been thinking I had an intermittent motor issue, and "solving" it by holding the spray button for 10-20 seconds...turns out it is a vacuum issue, which is to say a design flaw (though minor).

Also, not to pick on you particularly, but you guys and your warranties, extended warranties, using Motorcraft crap filters/oil/etc. because of said warranties, etc.. Really a warranty is not worth shit unless the dealer thinks he can sale you something, or get something from you, or is in a mood, etc. Warranties are for suckers :ROFLMAO: They are great when the wind is blowing your way, and not worth the paper they are printed on in every other instance.

If you are driving, maintaining, or anything else with your warranty in mind I have some beach front property in Arizona I would really like to have a discussion with you about...its guaranteed!!

Because it fixed it. If you take it to the dealer, they will probably change out the pump or hoses and replace new with new. I have never had a Ford that had a foam back lid on the washer fluid before that sealed so tight. It would be the same as taking a water bottle, filling it, drilling a hole in the bottom while the cap was on and no water would come out until you opened the lid. Hey, it worked.
Is drilling holes in the bottom of water bottles really a thing?

I don't understand this reference many people are using quite often. I sold my "beach front house/property" in 2010. It was on Colorado River, with a nice private beach in the back yard, and a big dock.

C'mon, don't be obtuse. You're supposed to drill on the TOP! (apparently)
I freely admit my ignorance as I'm not part of the "must have water bottle on me at all times" generation. I mean I wasn't even aware they needed holes drilled into them. Hey, maybe there's a market there - water bottles with pre-drilled holes!

Plastic water bottles are so 5 years ago. It comes in cans now with catchy names and graphics.

NO YOU HAVE TO DROP YOUR BRONCO OFF AT THE DEALERSHIP AND WAIT FOR FORD TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION! It’s the right thing to do…. Or left? Lol.

The wait will be 3-6 weeks because our washer technician is just that damn busy, and there is nothing we can do about it....also be sure to check your FordPass app because we will only be driving your Bronco 3 days a week, not 5 or 6 like those a-holes on the inter webs like to claim...also, that will be $5674.34 dollars please as we called Ford and they just would not let us warranty it and the only way to fix it was to replace the whole washer system and we managed to do it in only 29 labor hours saving you big time...BIG TIME WE SAID!!

I’d almost bet money Ford put a check valve in there somewhere, it’s just getting stopped up or maybe they’re malfunctioning thus loosing prime.

Well,....maybe you should've taken the E-Verify more seriously, and three other "technicians" you used to have, wouldn't have been picked up by ICE.
