These really are great trucks - I hope Ford has had enough of being a recall loser & does their homework for the next big model refresh and works out the dumb issues.
Unfortunately, the risk of making it cheap will continue to take a backseat to the opportunity of making it cheaper, for a variety of reasons (not all of Ford's making).

So far this week we have...I don't expect the non-dealer service people to understand this but look at the date and year/model of the vehicles involved. Most are going to still be in warranty which means Ford is going to be shucking out labor and in some cases parts. Again, that is just this week.

will some of these get a recall or should we ask dealer to look at some of these when we get the recall work done? Like the Abs module one for example
Edit ops missed the year on that one but still.

Dealer is supposed to check for recalls when vehicles are in for service and complete them assuming you have time, Ford has released the repair instructions and parts are available. Sometimes things get missed, some people don't want recalls done but Ford is going to keep sending the letters and pounding on us to get them done. A lot of this has to do with NHTSA nailing Ford for dragging their feet on some recalls, a huge fine and third party oversite of Ford's recall identification and proposed fix processes.

My ‘22 just got the recall as well. I haven’t had any issues with the camera though.

Does anyone know what parts they have to remove to replace the camera? I have a tailgate table and a reverse light kit, so wondering how much stuff I will need to remove ahead of time so they don’t F up my aftermarket parts like they do every other time.

Think there is any recourse for someone that backed into a vehicle in their Raptor because their rear camera wasn’t working?

My 23 WT is in the recall and I have had the issue a couple of times. My wife’s 23 OBX is in the recall as well but she said she hadn’t had the issue- until tonight! Backed into a spot in a parking lot and she noticed the screen was all black- with the yellow lines showing. Oh well.

22 OBX 2-DR 2.7: I have the camera recall and a wiper motor thing too. Neither has been a problem to date. I guess I'll try to knock both out when the camera stock arrives. I hope I'm good on the valve stems. No word about that yet.

They should recall the CarPlay losing audio and turn signal stock triggering the opposite side as well. So goddamn annoying.

I had this rear view camera issue in the past, going black. I made a post asking about it also.

I found the wire was loose, I
Took the carrier off and move the wire around until it worked, rolled a ball of duct taped up, and jammed it down the carrier until it stopped and the camera wire didn’t move anymore. Haven’t had an issue since. Lol
My kind of fix right here

Am I the only one scratching my head here thinking...

Really, they for whatever reason bothered to use a totally different camera in the spare tire carrier for people with the 360' view?
