MPG on Bronco with "37" tires

@Johnny Rebel what's your MPG while off roading (Moab like terrain) with your 37" KM3s?

Haven't been in the mountains since late last summer, so I can't remember what it was on the trails. I don't remember it being terrible, like single digits, though.

When I drive it to work, I usually get between 15-16 mpg on the freeways at 75-80 mph. When I drive it on the highways at 60-65mph, I usually get 17-18 mpg.

For reference, mine is a 2Dr BB non-Sasquatch, 2.3L auto, open 3.73 diffs with Ford Pro-Cal tune running 28 psi in the KM3's. I always drive in Sport mode. If I run this setup in Normal or Eco mode, the mileage is worse in all conditions.

I was wondering the same thing. I have a 2 door Badlands Sasquatch, 2.7, 4.5" total lift, with 37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss mud tires and instant MPG were 14.6 this morning, doing about 50-55mph on an overpass main road through town. It says average is 16.6 MPG

I live and work in the city, usually don't get more than 50 mph going to work or coming home, all flat roads round trip, 5 days a week.

My JK had the same setup, but it was a 6 speed manual. I think it had a larger fuel tank, I could ride around town and go to work and back home 3-4 weeks without refueling. I've had the Bronco for a little over a month and already filled it up twice...?

When I had lowered the fuel tank to remove the OEM rear control arms, the tank looked way smaller than my JK's tank, which would explain why I'm filling up more....

Also, the Bronco has 4.70 gears and my JK had 4.10's, I'm sure that hurts it too?

I lost about 2mpg going from stock 35s to 37s, 18 to 16 on good tanks…2dr, 2.7
