first off did you pay money for a reservation and 2nd you needed to have ordered by March 7Th or 9Th of 2021 to have received a private offer from what i remember
Lots of people in this thread remembering/guessing/understanding and thus mis-informing the OP instead of reading the price protection details and Bronco FAQ. Congrats on your Bronco.

I just called the 800 number again, this woman was awesome and believes that address errors are my issue. She said my dealer needs to use their "Ford Resources" and call the "Dealership Line" to modify and update my customer profile with all the current information. She then said to call the 800 number back 72 hours later and I should have a certificate number available. She said it's simple for them to do and doesn't take any time.

800 392 3673
Really? I've called that number many times and am always told that they have no control over it and they're is nothing they can do.

Yes...there are many "theories" out there but there doesn't need to be. It really couldn't be spelled out any clearer right on the Ford website. This is what is so infuriating. Wouldn't you think that people that work at a dealership, selling a product, would at least take the time to read their own companies's website and familiarize themselves with what's going on. There are a lot of pissed off Bronco buyers out there. You'd think they would like to be able to give an informed response when someone comes in asking questions.

Nope, HEs get the price protection for '23 based on their previous order as long as they meet the dates.
I also thought if you changed to HE that you lost PP. I do not see that on the FAQ though.

Nope different rules for MY23, I have a certificate for the full amount on the BD I had 99'd since MY21 waiting on the white mod top. MY22 was different, couldn't change certain aspects of your build with that so I think that's what is confusing people.

Curious if anybody else has had a walk in order and received price protection?
I had a walk in order late November 21 for my Bronco Base and got price protection covering the $1K increase from when I ordered and it was built.

This issue is when Ford has not uploaded your certificate yet. They have 50k or so to do! It will take some time! Nice you do not need to stress about it! Just need to wait on yours to come in!! Good luck and congrats
Surely they don't have to manually go in and reupload them when the current ones all expire in April? I can understand doing them quarterly but this is 2023 not 1980. Should be able to adjust all the dates with the push of a button.

I was a walk in black diamond SAS order on 11/18/2021 and received $1,995 in price protection when I took delivery on 12/10/2022

To add to the confusion, my MY2022 model was a 2-door BaseSquatch. I should be eligible for $3645 price protection from Column A.

My MY2023 order in October was for a 2-door Badlands, which should go into production soon.

I had my certificate checked by a member of this forum and they sent me a screenshot. Certificate is for $3465, which is what it should be if I had Badlands on order for MY2022.

I'm not complaining over $200. I don't care, I'm just happy to be in production and have the offer that is close to what I thought it was going to be. I just wanted to illustrate that even following the details as closely as I can, I don't understand it.

No not once they expire. The originals. 50kish certs need generated. Everyone that is supposed to get one will just as to when. Some have vehicles atDealerships or on the way and they have not been uploaded yet. The rep that helps my dealership 1 of over 100 on his case load, created a team just to help verify and get certs uploaded. It’s not an over night job. And now you throw in the modified P.O. or canceled P.O. it’s a mess. No fault but their own but nonetheless a mess!

from a dealers pov I bc would say be polite and patient. It’s a pain in the ass for dealerships also.

you are more likely to get the dealership to do the extra work to help get your cert faster if you aren’t demanding.

the dealership can’ttake the money but could easily not help get it generated. I’m not Standing behind ford or other dealerships but mine. I’m just saying this isn’t a reason to get bent out of shape yet! Especially if your bronco isnt on the lot!
Ask your salesman or manager to reach out to their rep with the needed information to help generate the certificate!
It’s a simple email they shouldn’t have an issue with it if your nice!

Is the Dealer trying to charge you an ADM or other inflated fees for the HE?

If not then STFU and take the W.

You’re not losing that much by getting one of the first 2023 HE or HEL rolling out of the MAP.

If you don’t take your 2023 HE, you ain’t going to have shit in 2024 anyway.
Ridiculous response. Not valued added in any way whatsoever. Normally the frustrated ones just say “at least you’ve got one” or something similar but you took it further and told the OP to “STFU”. There’s no place for this crap in the forums.

So, my Bronco Heritage is scheduled for production week of 4/2. Original order placed 12/8/21. I've posted on another thread about my missing private offer and my difficulty getting it sorted out. Ford refuses to do anything to help. My salesman claims total ignorance. The sales manager claims he contacted his sales rep over two weeks ago but won't return my emails. Went into the dealership today and the sales manager was out to lunch. My salesman now claims that they have been delivering Broncos with NO private offers because the customers didn't qualify because they were not original reservation holders. This is a total lie. You do not have to be an original reservation holder to receive the private offer. It is clearly spelled out right on the Ford website. My salesman claims that, even though my order date qualifies me, I was not an original reservation holder and am SOL. I guess I have to go to the dealership's GM?
I had a similar issue and am still trying to get my private offer money. Basically, my dealership acted like they knew nothing about it and would not lift a finger to help until after I bought the Bronco, without the PO, likely trying to get me to talk away so they could slap a $15K ADM on it. When they begged me for a perfect review for my experience, which was a disaster, and after purchasing the Bronco did they (very quickly) lift a finger, but I am still trying to figure out how to get my PO money, if it's not too late. Is your dealership Berkshire Hathaway owned? If so, don't hold your breath.

Mine exists and is correct just that it expires around the same time the Bronco should arrive. That was my only concern.

Will not need to worry. It either gets extended or dealership can you “protection date” when claiming the rebates in Vincent.
