I've seen a few people discuss that their private offers expired in April. Mine does as well. Ford customer service just stated mine was extended to July 5th. If your in this category I'd recommend calling your dealer or customer service to see if yours has been updated.

Good news. I'll give customer service a call next week. Mine is set to expire on 4/3, as well. I have a VIN and build date of 5/4. Hoping it shows up at the dealership in June.

Call customer service or check with your dealer.

This is a widespread problem. You'll need to get on it right away. I had to deal directly with the sales manager and he was playing dumb. He contacted his Ford rep and it took a month to get it squared away. The dealership was eventually able to verify my certificate and among. I double checked with Customer Service and confirmed and got the actual certificate number.

Customer service will do nothing for you. Your dealership has to pass it to their Ford rep and he will forward it to the Bronco team and they will find it. Make sure that your COVP was done properly. Your sales manager should have a COVP approval number. It took me a month to get it straightened out.

Also, make sure you're giving them your correct information from when you initially reserved/ordered the very first time. I think we've seen some held up due to inaccurate contact information, proper name, etc.

Ford Customer Service (I spoke with Don) was great. They gave me a certificate number, but he said there is only one certificate number available to me, I have two Broncos ordered / in production and I only get the savings on one???? Both were ordered before these changes were made (June 21, January 22).

Has anyone had verified success applying the Model Year Transition Offer (program # 38644) to a Bronco other than the one they ordered?

Some dealerships have told me they could gladly apply the certificate they're finding attached to my name in Smart Vincent while others are saying it's not the right type.

Given I'm chasing a very particular truck and will likely have to travel for it, I'm trying to get definitive answers before sitting in a dreadful Ford dealer F&I office.

2 hours on the phone with the Ford Marketing team was zero help, but nobody is surprised about that.
