  1. PTYYDS Hood Insulation Pad: Quiet the Ride, Protect the Paint

Yeah, my 2023 Heritage with mid package had it. They sneakily removed it on later 2025 builds. I hear they snuck out some options in 2026 as well. I think the zone lighting was removed from the lux package. Anyways, removing the hood insulation saves a few bucks and over a couple hundred...
  2. PTYYDS Hood Insulation Pad: Quiet the Ride, Protect the Paint

The reason is that, while Ford keeps increasing the price of the Bronco by a good margin, they are also quietly removing options from the vehicles as a sneaky way to cut costs. My 2025 Badlands, Lux, SAS didn't come with one. But, they also quietly eliminated the wireless charging pad and auto...
  3. Burning smell when running in sport mode.

No. I've gotta do that. Seems like when I run in 4wd auto or sport I'm getting the smell.
  4. Burning smell when running in sport mode.

New 2025 4 door Badlands, 2.7, Sasquatch, 2500 miles. One of several changes I made with Forscan was to enable sport mode. Loving it and haven't used it much. The other day, on my way home from work, while driving on the highway, I enabled sport mode just to play around with it. Love the pedal...
  5. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

Thanks brother. Enjoy your Heritage. I guess we had parallel stories. I do miss it, for sure. I just needed something a bit more practical as my every day driver. Good financial decision as I got almost all my money back but a tough emotional one. 10-4 on the sport mode! I pretty much always...
  6. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

Well folks....I traded in my 2023 Heritage Edition. It wasn't easy. I was weirdly, emotionally attached to that vehicle. I read so much about it and eagerly awaited the arrival of the new Bronco after Ford announced it. I originally ordered an Outer Banks in 2021 and waited over a year for it...
  7. Any console safe options for 2025 Badlands??

Well, I ended up ordering the under floor safe that goes in the storage area under the cargo area floor. It was pricey but Ford has 15% off accessories and I used my Ford pass points I got for buying the new vehicle so got a decent discount. I just need some place to store my firearm securely.
  8. Any console safe options for 2025 Badlands??

I don't think I want to change out my headrests. Just trying to figure out how the center console is different on the badlands vs big bend if both are a 4 door auto 2.7. And why does Ford say it won't fit the badlands but console vault lists no restrictions. Of course, console vault is sold out...
  9. Any console safe options for 2025 Badlands??

I had seen those. Does it look weird with two different headrests in the front?
  10. Any console safe options for 2025 Badlands??

I traded my 2023 Heritage Edition for a new 2025 Badlands Sasquatch with the 2.7. My old console safe won't fit the new Bronco due to the redesigned center console with the relocated power ports. Ford appears to make a console safe for this new design on the 2025 and 2026. The safe claims it's...
  11. 2026 Bronco Order Guide (changes & updates)

You're so right. I have a 2023 2 door Heritage Edition, race red, manual transmission. I can't tell you how many people have come up to me to ask about it. And I've had so many older gentlemen come up to me to tell me about the Broncos they owned in the 60's and how much the Heritage Edition...
  12. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

Well, you should be able to get most of your money back. I paid $44k for mine with price protection and private offer. Latest KBB is $41k trade value.
  13. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

Oh no. What will you be replacing it with?
  14. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

I see what you're saying. And shocks are certainly a wear item. But I think there's a difference between a shock going bad because it naturally wore out over time based on usage vs going bad because of a manufacturer's defect.
  15. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

How do you feel about that? I don't think this shield can protect from corrosion. Drive on winter salted roads and the salt will get in there. I think it's merely to catch the reservoir when it falls off to prevent causing damage to another vehicle or from causing an accident. We'll still be on...
  16. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

I haven't picked it up yet but was told over the phone that having this shield installed will complete the recall. He said, that if my shocks had been leaking, they'd have been replaced. So if they start leaking in 3 months I'm out of luck? Had I known this I wouldn't have had them inspect it...
  17. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

I was told that it does. Looks like this shield will merely catch the reservoir and keep it from going into traffic when it eventually snaps off but I doubt it will prevent the condition from occurring. I was also told that, even though there is a recall on the shocks and I have a Ford extended...
  18. Shock Recall Dealer Visit Today

Just got a call from my dealership. They will not replace my shocks after inspection. They ordered a "shield" for them. Was told that if they develop a leak or the reservoir snaps off after this, they will not be covered. I imagine this shield just keeps the reservoir from bouncing into traffic...
  19. HERITAGE EDITION Bronco Club

Has anyone gotten their rear shocks replaced under the recent recall? Took mine in today and they inspected it and said they'd are not currently leaking or near the point where the reservoir will break off so they will not replace them. They said they'd ordered a "shield" to install on them. I...
  20. Are these falling off my Bronco?

OMG!!! I do! You're right. This has been driving me insane. Thank you so much...lol.
