Private Offer Expiring 4/3?

In speaking to Ford Chat the Agent mentioned my private offer expires April 3rd. What happens if delivery is taken after that?
After sitting since 12/12 my Bronco finally shipped last week and has an ETA of 3/29-4/4. Can they really pull this offer after not shipping my Bronco for 3 months?

Same thing happened to me with my Maverick this year. My maverick private offer was expiring on 1/3 and my truck arrived in mid-Jan. By the time the truck arrived, the cert was extended to 4/3, and I was able to use it.

Now I am in the same boat with my Bronco order. It is arriving around the same timeframe as you, and my cert is showing up as expiring on 4/3. However, last year it was showing as expiring on 1/3/23.

I could be wrong but I thought the private offer only expired on 4/03 for cancelling and taking delivery for an in stock unit. For ordered units it was my understanding it would be applied and credited when you take delivery.

This is incorrect. Private offer certificates show up in the system with an expiration date, but are automatically extended every three months for this model year if not used yet.

Nice of the Agent to bring this up when it's just going to be extended. Made it sound like it was something I needed to work out with the Dealer and not Ford. Anyway, thanks for your input.

Just so I’m clear you are saying you do not have to take delivery of in stock(non ordered) units by 4/07 to receive the $2500 credit on the sale? And, I’m just talking the cancel and take delivery option for the offer.

I was only speaking to the transitional private offer for taking delivery of an ordered unit.
