This is a first, at least that I can recall. The bezel around the tach just isn’t there. Cycled a couple of GOAT modes to see if it reset. Nope.

Will see if it resets after being parked awhile.

Does yours have the recall for the cluster?

Yes, and I’m procrastinating on the fix. The glitch seems to have cleared up after 45 minutes of shopping though.

I too have the recall outstanding, but nothing funny yet. Thanks for the info and update about what this problem can look like!

I see you are getting better milage than I -- my best "mi to E" is 364 at fillup.

My 2.3 engine, less than 5,000 miles, is starting to miss and run a bit rough. I am a bit afraid to have this looked at with the dash recall because it may turn the 1 hour or 4 hour dealership visit into an overnight ordeal.

Pops, I’ve got a bigger gas tank than you in my moardoor, hence the longer range. Probably not better mileage with my 2.7. It’s been showing about 18.6mpg avg since I lowered the tire pressure to 36psi. Used to be 19.2 avg (displayed) at 39psi.

That's right. I didn't think about that....sheesh... not much sleep the last 4 nights.

I've gone all over the place on tire pressure -- 40 to 36 ... now back up to 39.

Thanks for the straightening of my mind!

If I was on pavement all the time, I’d still be at 39. The Bronco handled great at that pressure on the road, but my gravel home road gets a little rough between re-grades. Amazon and UPS trucks coming up our hill every day haven’t helped lately.

I gotta mention that it's apparent that you've been shorted...

Most Bronco's come with the handy extra digital speedometer. Are you completely flustered not having that? Maybe they will publish a software update that will bring you in line with the rest of us who are fully aware of the exact MPH we are travelling at.
