  1. 2024 and 2025 Bronco Hard Top Roof Leaks

I've seen some comments that once you remove the roof panels, it's hard to have them seal like they came out of the factory. Do you have to fiddle with them to get perfect fitment when putting back together?
  2. E50 Tune Unlocks Nearly 100 Horsepower in the 2.3L Bronco! Dyno Results Inside

Yeah it's a smaller engine but the reality is that it's only 0.4L smaller. We aren't talking major displacement difference.
  3. Anyone else concerned owning this car out of warranty ?

OP I saw your post on the FB group as well. Owning a Ford out of warranty is always pretty sketchy and given yours has been plagued with issues I would probably move on. On the flip side if your Bronco had lived a problem free life, then you at least have faith to ride things out past warranty.
  4. What's the best purchase you've made for your Bronco under $200?

Autostop Eliminator. One of the best mods at any price.
  5. aFe POWER 65mm Throttle Body - did i anyone use it?

Vendors that make $$ selling mods like this.
  6. Has anyone had cracking/problems with the painted hardtop?

Not a lot different than BMW M owners or Porsche owners that pay $$$ for these ultra fast sports cars that never see the track. People want the image and capability even if they never push the performance of the vehicles to what they were designed for.
  7. Has anyone had cracking/problems with the painted hardtop?

Ford couldn't make a viable case to bring the Bronco back if not for the mall crawlers. Based on Jeep executive estimates, 85-90% of owners use these vehicles as mall crawlers. https://www.powernationtv.com/post/what-percent-of-jeep-owners-actually-use-them-for-off-roading
  8. 2026 Badlands has issue - opinion?

Im surprised that wouldn’t be one of the EOL checklist items to test for safety compliance for every vehicle rolling off the line.
  9. Ford Recall 26S30 -- Loose Front Seat Bolts in 2024-2026 Bronco

Shouldn’t a dealership at least stock the bolts if scheduling recall inspection? They are just bolts at the end of the day and it seems incredibly wasteful to have to order them after the fact and give you a loaner.
  10. Motor Oil Shortages

Dude. Most of your crude oil comes from Canada. It's probably why we don't have a shortage at the moment as we have a lot and our smaller population base doesn't consume nearly as much.
  11. Motor Oil Shortages

Seems to be no shortage up here. In fact Mobil has current mail-in rebates for $10 off 4.73L.
  12. Opinion on seats

I've always been a fan of cloth seats. Warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and typically far more durable. It's a shame that automakers don't make them optional in higher end models. I think VW is one of the few manufactures that offer this with the Golf R and Porsche optioning...
  13. Bronco Sliding Glass Roof Revealed In Patent Filing

That was my thought. Looks like a fixed roof around the glass in the design.
  14. New Or Old Problem? Roll cage corrosion?

What's shown in the photo is purely cosmetic and not an issue. Ideally Ford would clean the weld areas better but that is not rust or risk of structural damage. OP I don't know if Bronco ownership is for you. If you are going to worry about non-issues before even taking delivery, I can't...
  15. 2.7 not as responsive as a 2.3

That's kind of out of necessity seeing the 2.3L turbocharger is larger and needs the twin scroll to reduce lag associated with larger turbochargers. Twin scroll is not applicable to twin turbo V6 (one turbo for 3 cylinders) because the technology requires evenly paired cylinders so instead to...
  16. Recall 26S32: 2021-2022 Model Year Broncos MIC Hard Top Roof Panel Delamination [May 15, 2026]

Unrelated but Ford was supposed to have a software update for 2025 2.3L to correct the cold start misfire issue in Q2. Do you know if that's available yet? I seem to get the CEL every 6 weeks or so still.
  17. New Or Old Problem? Roll cage corrosion?

That doesn't look like corrosion in your photo. Looks like sloppy post weld grinding but nothing to be overly concerned about.
  18. Recall 26S32: 2021-2022 Model Year Broncos MIC Hard Top Roof Panel Delamination [May 15, 2026]

Everyone has seen the cracks and honecomb but has anyone heard of the outer layer flying off? I see weekly photos in the Facebook Bronco group of the same old issues but never pieces flying off. Must have happened to a few people. Either way this is good news I suppose for owners with issues.
  19. What’s Your Favorite 2026 Color Offering?

I just can’t get over how drab the color offerings are for what’s supposed to be a fun, lifestyle vehicle.
