Fiberglass in my hand

Did I miss somewhere that I need to somehow wipe down the inside of the car (especially up at the MIC hardtop) to remove as much loose fiberglass shards? Anybody else deal with this? I ran my hand along the area above the visor where it meets the hard top and learned the hard way that I have a bunch of fiberglass in my hand...

MIC isn’t fiberglass.

Not fiberglass but still annoying. Take a scotch brite pad or fine sandpaper and run it along the edges to smooth it.

Use packing tape to pull the fibers out of your hand.

So I don't know what in that truck up by the junction with the hardtop but yeah. Fiberglass...

Don’t feel bad, the soft top front support plate is also of similar hand biting material.

Wash with cold water. Trust me when I say you don't want to be opening your pores to glass fibers

We're probably still seeing quality control issues from Webasto with some rolled edges and some sharp edges on the MIC tops.
