For those with halogen tails....has anyone tried the F150LED's kit? I currently have the flush Oracle's but am considering getting the running/brake light and reverse light kit from them. That way if the Oracle's fail I'll have those as a back up.
Over a year ago I purchased Taillight bulbs for Bronco and SuperDuty. After a few months, one of the SuperDuty Bulbs went out, they sent a replacement no problem. They are nice and bright, and so far no other issues. Not sure, will spend that much again if they end up failing after a year or so...

I have a failed Form headlights at home (which was warranties).
I think I might bake it in the oven and open it up and do some poking around.
Metering out any circuits may result in a cheap fix (and the opportunity to replace shitty components with high quality ones).
I may even do a YT episode 🤷

Worst case, there are 4, awesome mini LED projectors in there that I might be able to repurpose 👍🏻

We completely understand the frustration when something goes wrong, especially after putting time into your setup. Our Flush LED Tail Lights for the Bronco are covered under a 1-year warranty, and even outside that window, our support team does their best to help. If anyone is currently experiencing issues, the quickest way to get taken care of is through our tech support form here: https://www.oraclelights.com/pages/tech-support-form

Every returned light is tested and reported so we can continue improving reliability and learn from any failures we see in the field. We’ve had great long-term feedback from most owners, but we’re always looking for ways to make things better. We really appreciate the honest feedback here — it helps us keep improving and supporting everyone running Oracle products.
I'd love for your statement to be true, but this is complete BS. I reached out about my failed taillights and the response was "too bad it's out of warranty, here's an invoice for new lights at the exact MSRP" (paraphrasing...I don't speak marketing). They did not offer one dollar off. Further, one of you reached out on the forum and said you'd help—no further response.

When there are pages and pages on this forum alone describing failure after failure over very short periods of time—there is a problem with your product.

Talking about customer service is most certainly not equal to providing customer service.

Compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) regulations regarding rear and side visibility.

Regulations require that taillight elements (specifically side marker lamps, reflectors, and running lights) be visible from a certain side angle. By extending the light assembly past the main body panel, Ford ensures that the illuminated elements meet the required visibility angles, particularly when viewed from the side-rear of the vehicle.

Also, the Blind Spot Monitoring System is housed there.
Maybe but other car makers achieve that without large bulbous taillight assemblies. I prefer a more integrated look.

Ugh, damn. Such a shame because these lights look so damn good. Between this issue with the Oracle's and the driver's side Morimoto lamps going on the fritz, it's pretty much down to just Form. I wish their offering wasn't so aesthetically cancerous.

Add me to the growing list. Mine crapped out this past week also. Filling out the online form to see what options are available as a customer friendly resolution and will share with the group here.

If not reasonable, I could perhaps just get a set of the prevalent and cheap $69 eBay LED taillights and swap those out yearly and still be ahead of the game for the next 7 years vs buying another set of expensive name brand tails that also fail prematurely...🤪

So here is one of the $69 sets that is listed on Ebay by a number of sellers. Can they really be any worse than the ones that are marked up to $500+? from the brand name sponsors here? Looks like they need to reuse part of the OEM bracket and they aren't flush. Maybe I'll keep a fire extinguisher handy in case I decide to test these out... Keep me in your thoughts and prayers! :ROFLMAO:;)

Hello,

Who can I speak with about getting a replacement for my taillights? They lasted only 10 months before i started having issues and are now completely burned out just over the 1 year mark. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, was initially told a replacement would be sent and now am only being offered a 40% discount on a product I already paid for.

Because of required adjustments to the taillight housing, I’m concerned another brand won’t fit properly. I need a free replacement to get my vehicle back on the road. Please let me know who can help.

Definitely want to get this sorted for you. We’d love to take a closer look at what happened and help you get this resolved. I’m going to send you a DM so we can grab your order info and take it from there!

Wow, you're doing better than me. After much online complaining from me and apologetic DM's from Oracle...they offered 20% off. Cool, we'll just have a $500 per year bill to run these. An important note—NONE of the commentary from Oracle has talked about how they are actually addressing the widespread issues with their product.

EDIT:
1. One person at Oracle said in my DM that someone would reach out with a 40% discount—they did reach out but with a 20% discount. MEH to both.
2. They claimed there was a known issue that was fixed in late 2023. Funny because I bought mine in January of 2024.

So, according to Oracle you are to buy a product with known issues, have said issues, and then have to pay to fix the known issue. Solid.
