I always give a nod or thumbs up when next to another Bronco. Reving up and passing or cutting off another Bronco is a douchebag move. I know it's a SoCal thing trying to beat the next guy to the stop light or cutting off in rush hour traffic on the 5.... Save that crap for the Jeeps... or maybe not🤔

My wife waves enthusiastically at every Bronco she sees. Most of the time she gets the "Who is that crazy lady" look back. Occasionally she'll get a wave in return.

Me, there is this good Japanese restaurant I like to go to that's in the same parking lot as a popular gym - so it's always busy. I love to park next to Bronco Sports. You know, to help them out a bit.

I'm looking forward to doing this, so I can show my disbelieving wife that they really are two completely different vehicles despite the name similarity.

Ok, I'll cross the Troll's bridge:

The first evening I had my new Bronco, I was on a freeway in the rain.
Another Bronco came up from behind and stayed about 3-feet off my rear. WTF?!?!?
I tapped my brake lights three times, and he backed waayyyy off. Turned out to be a "Brapter".

Saw him go by as I slowed heading off an offramp.

Why?

oddity: back when I had my 2003 Tacoma TRD, other Toyotas never bothered me. Now, in the Bronco, Toyotas (trucks and 4-runners) suddenly have to tailgate, drive aggressively, and be asses.

quick edit: now I want Japanese for dinner. Nothing to do with Toyotas..... just another post above.

… it’s SoCal

That person last week was driving a Tesla with a sticker

‘ I bought this before Elon went crazy’

Be thankful you’re driving a Bronco… you could be on a motorcycle. ;>)

socal thing is huge in Canada where countermeasures incl iWOT off the line to block anyone trying to get into your lane before next lights ( usually FOB insurance fraudsters trying to casue a rear ender) this works well since
95% or so broke cant afford the gas, also threshold braking at min distance to lights to block....mostly FOBs in s-boxes and 9 year finances ecoboxes.

Nah, just come here (Arizona, Phoenix metro) and go out in Scottsdale. We even have a term "The Scottsdale d'bag."

Usually with a leased BMW living in their parents' basement.
