The earliest they could get me in was Jun 24th. Will update after.Any update on how the appointment went ? still rattling?
Dang so I have the rattle and thought it was the soft top frame hitting the truck frame. Also the tabs breaking and my dealer was supposed to fix it and forgot. Not sure if anyone else has posted these - if they have I guess a Moderator can delete them. Figured they might help some owners.

| SSM 51118 2021-2022 Bronco – Front Fender Trail Sight Fasteners Now Available |
| Some 2022 Bronco vehicles built on 01-Feb-2022 and through 10-Mar-2022 may exhibit rusted fasteners on the front fender trail sights (base part number 9920038). This may be due to a lack of protective e-coating applied to the bolts during the manufacturing process. Replacement of the exterior bodyside grab handle assembly will no longer be required. Trail sight fasteners are now available on their own as SPN: M2DZ-18D654-A. This kit comes with two bolts and two nuts, enough to replace all fasteners on one trail sight assembly. These fasteners work on both the left and right trail sights. |
PDF-ified... not everybody has Word.Don't shoot the messenger.
That's some BS, because photos 1-4 happen without even touching the damn MIC top! Ugh.Don't shoot the messenger.
Oh wow, some people are not going to like a few of those examples. I can see the argument for both sides though for a few. So I guess it is best to look the MIC Top over with a fine tooth comb upon delivery.Don't shoot the messenger.
Since this is out Ford is going to really scrutinize top claims by the job aid. A lot will be sorted out through digital imaging but dealers not on DI aren't going to be eager to make a call that could end up in a chargeback. Yea, seems like they picked the crappiest examples to make sure the bar was set low. In all reality, Ford will end up trying to get reimbursed from Webasto like when happens with most other warranty claims. Not idea how their contracts are set up but seems like no one wants to be holding the bag for these claims.Oh wow, some people are not going to like a few of those examples. I didn't even get the top off the vehicle and it cracked like this! That's BS.How can a crack (not related to impact such as dropping a panel where the impact mark would be clearly visible / whiteness marks) not be a warranty related situation?
