Another note of thanks. Made an appointment for the partially open window rattle. Worried they might even shatter it was so bad on a logging road.
Any update on how the appointment went ? still rattling?

I took my Bronco in today for a window rattle. It would rattle when completely up. They tightened the window regulator bolts and so far the rattle is gone! I even took the bumpiest way home.

Here's some updated / more current TSBs / SSMs:

SSM 50870 - 2022 Bronco - 2.3L - Charging System Fault Message In The Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) With DTCs U012D, U0284 And/Or U0285 - Built On 01-APR-2022 And Through08-APR-2022

Some 2022 Broncos equipped with a 2.3L engine and built on 01-Apr-2022 and through 08-Apr-2022 may exhibit a charging system fault message displayed in the IPCand diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) U012D, U0284 and/or U0285 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be due to a poor electrical connection atconnector C1104B, pin 1 (circuit VE181) located at the generator. To correct this condition, replace connector C1104B with a service pigtail replacement service part number: LU2Z-14S411-ACA.

SSM 50842 - 2021-2022 Bronco - Headlamps Turn On By Themselves When Vehicle Is Off - DTC B1533

Some 2021-2022 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a condition of intermittent headlamp operation while the vehicle is OFF and have diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1533stored in the body control module (BCM). This may be due to the internal logic within the headlamp switch. Switch and/or module replacement will not resolve this condition. Headlamp operation is not affected while the vehicle is ON. A new headlamp switch is currently under development to correct this condition. Let the customer know they can continue to drive the vehicle and schedule a follow-up appointment in October 2022, when parts are expected to become available. Follow up with the customer to confirm the appointment once OASIS is updated with the repair information.

SSM 50829 - 2021-2022 Various Ford And Lincoln Vehicles - Erroneous DTC U1A01:93 In The TCU

2021-2022 various Ford and Lincoln vehicles may exhibit an erroneous diagnostictrouble code (DTC) U1A01:93 stored in the telematics control unit (TCU). This may be due to various software parameters within the TCU. If this DTC is identified during normal diagnostics, but the vehicle does not exhibit any customer concerns around the TCU operation, clear this DTC and no further repairs are recommended. If the DTC returns after being cleared or if the vehicle exhibits connectivity concerns with the TCU, continue with normal Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics. If set erroneously, this DTC does not cause any observable concerns or warning messages and does not affect vehicle performance or durability. Ford is developing a software update which will be delivered to the vehicle via an over-the-air (OTA) TCU update in July 2022 to prevent this DTC from setting erroneously.

Dang so I have the rattle and thought it was the soft top frame hitting the truck frame. Also the tabs breaking and my dealer was supposed to fix it and forgot.

SSM 51118 2021-2022 Bronco – Front Fender Trail Sight Fasteners Now Available
Some 2022 Bronco vehicles built on 01-Feb-2022 and through 10-Mar-2022 may exhibit rusted fasteners on the front fender trail sights (base part number 9920038). This may be due to a lack of protective e-coating applied to the bolts during the manufacturing process. Replacement of the exterior bodyside grab handle assembly will no longer be required. Trail sight fasteners are now available on their own as SPN: M2DZ-18D654-A. This kit comes with two bolts and two nuts, enough to replace all fasteners on one trail sight assembly. These fasteners work on both the left and right trail sights.

Don't shoot the messenger.
That's some BS, because photos 1-4 happen without even touching the damn MIC top! Ugh.

Oh wow, some people are not going to like a few of those examples. I can see the argument for both sides though for a few. So I guess it is best to look the MIC Top over with a fine tooth comb upon delivery.

Since this is out Ford is going to really scrutinize top claims by the job aid. A lot will be sorted out through digital imaging but dealers not on DI aren't going to be eager to make a call that could end up in a chargeback. Yea, seems like they picked the crappiest examples to make sure the bar was set low. In all reality, Ford will end up trying to get reimbursed from Webasto like when happens with most other warranty claims. Not idea how their contracts are set up but seems like no one wants to be holding the bag for these claims.

How can a crack (not related to impact such as dropping a panel where the impact mark would be clearly visible / whiteness marks) not be a warranty related situation?

I didn't even get the top off the vehicle and it cracked like this! That's BS.
