Here is a quick review and install of the BA OffRoad hood scoop.
(non functional)
https://broaddict.com/products/2-4-door-hood-scoop?ref=szoaffpo
Arrived packaged very well. The fit and finish are great. Install is easy and once it sticks to the hood this scoop is there for the duration.
The install is easy and straightforward.
1. Clean the hood.
2. Place scoop on hood for proper placement. Use a grease pencil or tape to mark edges and centerline.
3. Apply adhesion promoter(wipes included).
4. Apply 3M tape to outside edge of scoop. Pull edges of the backing to expose adhesive.
5. I recommend using 2 people to get it set dead center then pull the rest of the protective backing and expose the adhesive.

Appreciate the time you took to do the review, but not my cup of tea. If the hood scoop isn't functional, I'd rather opt for some matte black vinyl on the hood to be functional in reducing glare from lights. I went this route on my Bronco and found it to be cost-efficient, but served a useful purpose as well (plus it complimented my colour theme).

I’m hoping to have the Cervini Stalker hood on it by the end of the year.

IMO any add on that is implying mechanical upgrades should be functional. I run a Cervini ram air hood on my F250 7.3 which is fully functional. Wouldn’t want it otherwise

im glad you got it for free because in my opinion it’s cheap looking and ugly. And on top of that it’s non functional so why? It cheapens the Bronco.

Just a little curious about the looks when installed.

If the goal is simply to personalize the look of one’s Bronco or reduce glare, I can understand that. Not my personal taste. I think a hood decal would look better.

The big “fail” with this product is it’s called a “scoop” but is obviously non-functional. Also the chevron pattern is aimed backwards. So it’s actually a fake vented or cowl hood, not a “scoop”. It would be better if they just advertised it as a styled hood cover.
