I didn't mean to reply to you. I clicked the wrong button. My reply was to Montana dude. On "his side" of the mountains drugs are legal, not here. Even on his side (in Montana) it's not legal to bring them (or partake in) at work. But they sure laugh a lot, and "working hard" is a joke.

My state believes in Freedom and Individual Responsibility.

The boss makes the rules. If your boss does not like it, you can’t do it. If your boss does not care, go ahead and light up.

On Sunday, 4/20, I took 2 Yellowstone Club billionaires fly fishing. Both very well known, I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement so I won’t list their names. I charge $2,500 per person, so $5,000 total for the day. Within 10 minutes of getting in my boat they asked if I minded if they lit up. What a great day, we drifted down the river, caught a ton of fish, laughing and joking all day long. Afterwaards they gave me a $1,000 cash tip plus the remainder of their weed stash.

Thats my typical work day here in Montana. I laughed a lot, I did all the “hard work” (I rowed a boat), and I made some rich people pay me a shitload of money.





Life lesson for the OP: you say you can’t get anyone to work for you. Pay people well and make their work enjoyable. It’s really pretty simple.
