  1. ONLINE BRONCO PARTS SCAMS

Sucks that it happened and unfortunately will continue to happen in the future. However, there are some buyer protection mechanisms that should be utilized - by the buyer! I use PayPal goods and services form of payment only. If the seller asks for the payment via f/f, I offer to cover the...
  2. BA OffRoad Hood Scoop (Product Testing)

IMO any add on that is implying mechanical upgrades should be functional. I run a Cervini ram air hood on my F250 7.3 which is fully functional. Wouldn’t want it otherwise
  3. Newbie ordering question

Deposit refund may be state based. For example in California the dealer is obligated to refund a deposit at any time. Also, unless the vehicle is driven off the lot after the contract signing, the deal can be unwound (canceled)

  6. Back to selecting color driving me nuts

It's all pointing to SB w/ceramic coat application. Thank you all for chiming in.
  7. Back to selecting color driving me nuts

@Bschurr ha, ha with exception of few very serious threads here, nothing on this forum is a first world problem though at times it appears to be just that. Don't buy new cars very often and even rarer if it's for me personally. Maybe my last new car purchase for a while. Wouldn't be in this...
  8. Back to selecting color driving me nuts

Just looking for Shadow Black owners to share how their refinish holds up and the difficulties involved in retaining the factory level finish. No off-road, city / highway driving.
  9. Back to selecting color driving me nuts

Originally was considering ordering a Shadow Black but then got talked into going with Carbonized Gray for obvious reason that the appearance of the black refinish will be hard to maintain and it tends to diminish over time. Sent the dealer my build sheet for CG Badlands and was going in on...
  10. Homemade Top Dolly

These bikes are great! Miss them after you sell them. I was lucky to buy back my 2004 BCR, missed it for 3 years!
  11. Homemade Top Dolly

A bit off topic but couldn't help noticing the R11S in the not so common blue livery. Very nice.
  12. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

@23BDBigSean i really like the front end treatment - headlamps, front bumper... Appreciate if you could share the details. Thanks
  13. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

Cactus Gray is a light color, great option to white. Lighter colors do better in hotter climates, darker appeal to the colder region.....
  14. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

CG appeals to me for exactly that reason - it matches up pretty much with everything aftermarket available. Gold, bronze, black, red, glossy, flat, matte...
  15. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

I’m waiting to hear back from the dealer if they have a Cactus Gray I can look at. As mentioned earlier according to the dealer the CG is one of the more popular colors they sell.
  16. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

Out of all the Ford trucks I had that 350 dually was my favorite in a big part for its color. You know how some vehicles are determined to be ahead of their times....well, the 7.5 powered trucks are behind their times with the 8 mpg. Dual tanks were good for a total of 200miles on a very good...
  17. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

Love that look. I was in the market for a Taco TRD OR with a MT but it was turning into a nightmare. Could order exactly what I wanted (options, color), the mark up, dealers were acting like they were Rolex ADs. The mechanical mess that the new gen Taco and Tundra are going through was the...
  18. Carbonized Gray w/Bronze wheels

I had green, red/silver,red and white Ford trucks. My favorite color was on a 1996 F350 Few of the other trucks starting with my current one: But the selection of color when ordering from a "used truck company" is a bit more simple - it's based on whatever is out there
