Putting Badlands sas coil overs on a Black Diamond non-sas. Would the Alignment specs still be Black Diamond non-sas?

If in doubt use the BD SAS specifications. But I believe they are the same for all Broncos SAS or not.

The above post with pic is from my alignment on a non SAS BD with Eibach pro truck coilovers. Aligned is aligned across the board I believe.

I would use a different alignment shop. If their equipment is off or just inexperienced operator, going back will probably get same results. Does it pull to one side going down the road?

No it drives ok, but even after 300 miles I can already see inside tire wear , im going to Les schwab next week it’s a real bummer that a well known 4x4 shop can’t get it. They’re the ones who installed the lift.

Do you leave it in 4A all the time?

No I do not have 4A, just a lot of highway driving to work and I can already see some in even wear.

Interesting. I did 5100s at 1.5. My eye and hillbilly carpenters level alignment looked good so I never took it in. Drives great no odd wear 10K + miles.

Definitely go against the grain on alignments, if it ain't broke don't fix it (they'll probably break it) and I seldom rotate tires.

Well I hope the new alignment next week will solve my problems because I’m tired of wearing out that tire
