It will rub, just need more speed haha.

Looks good. BFG’s are a good 37 choice because they are not as tall and wide as other 37” tires.

When you say it rubs the frame a bit at the rear of the tire, do you mean the small square tube that is for the crash bar mount????

......or do you mean the frame that runs the full length of the truck???

Just trying to picture it, the actual frame is pretty far in there. I have seen many who have had to remove the rear crash bar mount for clearance.

Cool. Sometimes people mistake that crash bar mount as part of the frame that is why I was asking. I know those tires run on the wide side as well, thought you might have UCA rub before the frame with the stock wheel offset.

Ok here is as much flex as I could get after work. I see two maybe three areas of concern.
Possible front of the running board (easily can take an inch off and put the cap back on).

rear crash bar mounts still a good amount of room but not willing to bet bouncing in the trails that it won’t rub on the sharp edge.
The rear plastic tail thing of the rear wheel liner is tight. More worrisome is the electrical connection behind it. I’ll need to address the rear area right away!

• Dobinsons MRR coilovers (approx +2” over Sasquatch)
• OEM Sasquatch Wheels
• BORA 1.25” wheel spacers
• JKS Max Clearance Kit
• DV8 inner fender liners
• OEM rock rails
• 37” KO2/KO3 tires

Had been reading about issues with up travel and the OEM fenders and flares, but hoping you all can clarify.

I have almost identical set-up less the DV8 fender liners and only 1" wheel spacers on the stock SAS wheels. No rub whatsoever and have had it at full flex many times.

It all comes down to limiting uptravel... I don't know how the Dobinson MRR's deal with it, but the factory Bilsteins on my Wildtrak don't have enough bumpstop to keep even the small 37" BFG KO2 out of the fender during full compression events. Granted I don't have tophat spacers that push the strut, and thus it's range of travel, down away from the fender, but just for some visual reference of what you can expect from a factory strut in the factory location:

This was just beyond the hairpin turn coming down Big Sluice, there was no speed to speak of, just typical crossed-up articulation.
