I agree with you - it's nice to have, but definitely not a ~must have~... unless I were buying a Bronco for my wife or kid.

Seems the 4A crowd have more issues with their transfer cases than the part time folks too.
Interesting about the 4A crowd having more issues with their transfer case - this is the first I've heard that mentioned although I really haven't researched it much.

It would be interesting to keep track of people having problems with the 4A transfer case or upper tie rods. Compare those who leave their Bronco stock vs those who modify theirs, (lift, larger wheels, horsepower boost). Also compare types of driving.

Glad to hear those that are in it for the fight, the manual is worth it! Good thing is you'll be getting the new 2.3 which is probably causing the delay, once they figure it out you'll forget about the order push backs. Godspeed and save the manuals by holding your ground!
Agreed with all of this, the manual is the main reason I switched from the JL. It's really fun to drive especially in a 2 door. Stay the course!

Ordered a 4 door Big Bend Mar 22nd 25'. - not scheduled yet obviously its been 3 days - longest 3 days of my life already :cwl:but I did get the confirmation next day they got order. Hoping that counts for something. Dealer said 6-8 weeks since its a lower trim yada yada you know how that goes - who knows. From this forum, looks like he lied lol but its all good. Have been wanting this car for 5 years now - while watching a couple youtube videos - I knew I needed the manual. Found some manuals across US but only one that made sense miles wise was a 21' 4dr in Iowa with 2k miles, certified & new basically. Was entertaining delivery here to New Orleans but got a call out the blue from a salesman in my hometown, with my name actually, who drives a two door manual bronco (I saw it, wasn't a sales tactic). He explained the 25' had AC in the back (a must the wife said for our son) big screen with all trims now, etc for about the same price as the 21'. Needless to say here I am and waiting with you guys now - God willing it will happen real soon.

Saw this video 8 days ago about this forum actually haha for those who haven't seen it.

This one was 7 days ago around minute 7 in the video discusses bronco orders. He says no scheduling for manuals for May production dates- sad news if true.

Lastly with better news:
This video came out today 4 hours ago: minute 6:30 - April scheduling for June production dates - looks like this may be when they catchup on Manuals

Happy to be apart of channel

Just as an FYI.. Rear a/c is only provided on 4 door do to packaging; if that was a selling point for you. Color tops (depending on trim), interior lighting, floor grab handle/no grab handle (depending on trim), updated instrument cluster (promised in ‘21), and updated 2.3 engine are the other most notable changes IMO.

Definitely, I ordered a 4 dr so AC is good to go there - the Interior lighting is also a big win but I havent seen without to compare. Hoping we all get surprised and don't have to wait until June build dates

I would assume Ford probably did not want to mess with redesigning another version of the center console since such a small percentage of us are manual transmission buyers.

Less R&D cost to just update one console.

From latest Bronco order guide:

Huge bummer but you all seem to be correct. In saying that, any major advantage to waiting on the 25' besides 12in screen, and digital gauge? The engine I read is suppose to be better but worth the wait or should I just got the manual 24'

Difficult to say. Plenty of new "nice to have" stuff, but not HUGE leaps forward.
New engine means you're either potentially upgrading to a better version in some way, otherwise Ford wouldn't have changed it. So that could be a bonus. However, with any redesign or new thing you're also the guinea pig for that new thing. So it's to be seen if the new engine is a good thing or not. Optimistically I assume it's a good thing.

Correct me if Im wrong, but I believe I read there is additional sound deadening in the vehicle and roof has additional sound reducing material if doing hardtop. Front windshield is also upgraded to include a new material that is for noise reduction

It's up to you. Weigh the pros of having one NOW vs rolling the dice and hoping for a June delivery.

I'm gonna wait because there are no manuals near me and I'm content with my jeep in the meantime. I'll be trading in a 21' Wrangler Rubicon 6 speed for my new 25' Manual heritage. Stoked to make the switch!

Lots of things to consider - I would have a soft top but thinking I'll wait as well for same reasons no manual near me and the dealer has a full powertrain lifetime guarantee if I do my oil changes there. I read 2025 has better lighting in backseat but if they aren't doing air for manual I doubt lights are getting added - who knows. But leaning towards waiting - better downpayment anyway when its ready

Additional sound deadening in the roof and hardtop sound like music to my ears as does a better windshield. If wonder if the base Bronco gets the new upgrades as well?
