Based on all the info you have presented, I think they are playing games. He could have printed a copy of that order out very easily regardless of who entered it.

I wouldn’t be concerned about the Computer generated image, but they should have printed out a copy of the acknowledgement from the order system. That is what matters

I wouldn’t treat the Ford customer order tracking system as gospel. Mine went built/released status two weeks ago and never showed as shipped. Dealer saw the same thing. It magically appeared at the dealer Monday.

Cong Congratulations! Mine showed up at the dealer yesterday. Of course this is the one week a year I am always out of town. That will give the dealer some time to install the DIO trailer hitch, assuming that part was received by the dealer.

You should ask the dealer to send you a copy of the order summary/preview order screen. This way you can verify they actually ordered it correctly, and that should also show MSRP and invoice pricing. It also will show the dealer order#, as well as priority code. You will need order# to track...

Be aware that there are two different estimated delivery date ranges on two different screens that the dealer can see. The first is the "Vehicle Visibility" window, and that is the one that may show a ETA date that is very close to build date, ignore that one. There is a more detailed view...

First batch of 2025 7MT’s rolled off the line this past week.

Stopped by dealer yesterday and they show it was built on the 28th, with an expected delivery between 13th-19th, and of course I will be out of town that week. This morning the Ford tracker finally shows built, with an expected delivery of the 5th-11th. I expect the dates on the dealer system...

nope, Still shows in production. I need to stop by my dealer to discuss some fleet Transit vans so I will see what his computer shows.

I don’t mind the fact that it is embedded into the b pillar trim, looks more integrated like the wired units. But the price of over 400.00 is ridiculous!
