Wait - maybe you're mis-remembering. I think it is SUNROOFS which are the desirable option for wh*res. Legroom.
Actually, it’s the tilt steering wheel

I bought a 2 door Heritage on Dec 26th. If I couldn't get a 2 door I wouldn't have a Bronco.
That's why I bought mine at the end of November. Now or never. Post some pics!

Man that's one of those decisions.."This is either going to go OK at best or very very bad"

I remember when Porsche introduced the 4 door coupe. I thought who’s going to buy those……looks like plenty. I can kind of get it. If you are forced to spend the money these days, people want all the utility they can get for their money. Personally, all my fun cars have been 2 doors. From my early Mustangs, to my Gen 1 Lightning and now to my Heritage. Same for the manual transmission. Most people these days don’t want them. From a 2 door, manual transmission, ICE driving dinosaur! 🦖
I can agree on some things, most of my fun cars were 2 doors 280Z, Jeep Cherokee, 1G 4Runner, Thunderbird SC, 3G RX-7 and SC400. but once you have kids you get used to having more room, more storage and ease of access. I throw so much stuff in my back seat i would end up hating my Bronco if it was a 2 door trying to get back there. I prefer not having to always go through the back or folding up the front seat and squeezing bigger items through. And i'm also not as slim as i used to be so my gut can get in the way at times.

Two problems with your reasoning
1. Having kids
2. Buying vehicles with more room
😀😀

Let's be honest. 4 doors are not Bronco. No more than that electric crossover is a Mustang.

Commence firing.

If we're being honest, Ford owns the trademarks, And Bronco and Mustang are whatever they say they are. Just be thankful you don't have to defend the Chevy Blazer

I've had several older Toyota 4Runners that were 2 doors (84-89), several Toyota pickups/Tacomas that were standard cabs, a few Chevy Silverado 2 door regular cab short bed pickups as well. I've never had a need for an extended cab or back seats so a 2 door Bronco was a no brainer. I think a big part of the 2 door trucks disappearing is that the mpg requirements are based on wheelbase and the shorter stuff needs to get a lot better mpg than a 4 door and they can't. So manufacturers don't even want to make them because I think there's a penalty or you need to use carbon credits or something.

Just like 4 doors are not porsches, ferraris or aston martins and Rolls Royce, BMW and Bentley will never make SUVs. But in each case those vehicles allowed the manufacturers to produce the very vehicles the "purists" love so much. Without the 4 door Bronco there would not be a 2 door Bronco today.

Yes, but without the cachet of those purist 2 doors would those 4 door SUV badges mean as much?
