I wouldn’t say pulling the intake manifold would be considered completely disassembling an overhead cam engine
So there’s a way to media blast inside the intake ports and not get the media in the cylinders? This is new stuff to me of course I am old-school and just plain old.
And I am assuming you’re using something softer than glass bead media

Yeah most places that do this type of thing use crushed walnut. As long as you close the valves on the cylinder you're working on and tape off other areas it’s perfectly safe to do it in vehicle.

I've only had a few vehicles, some of which had engines that were known to last (22R-E, Inline 6 (Jeep)) and they did just that, along with one engine ('07 JK V6) that was a first-year production and not the best track record - that lasted 180k miles at least, but had various issue (oil leaks everywhere, lost power here and there, etc.) but it was still running.

My point is, I'm not hard on the engine of a vehicle, I'm hard on the interior (I have the washout interior for a reason) but I basically drive pretty conservatively, change the oil frequently, and that's about it. I don't go to the dealer for the 50k, 100k or whatever checkups, I have a mechanic that has Fords and pretty much knows what to do and not do without gauging me.

What is the typical life cycle of the 2.3L Ecoboost? What intervals should I really focus on far as maintenance beyond the typical oil changes, air filter changes, etc. I guess I'm 2x checking bc it's a turbo.
If you change your own oil and use a quality product (e.g. Castrol Edge), avoiding the lower quality "bulk" oil that dealerships buy, and change every 5,000, your 2.3 could go MANY miles if it was assembled properly.
Also, speaking of the turbos, idle the engine for a couple of minutes alike a diesel truck before you shut down the engine, thus running oil thru the turbos when they're not under load to allow them to cool down. One should never cease oil flow to a turbo when they're hot (just got off duty) as it's terrible for the bearings.

Can you get a good view of the intake valve with the intake manifold off?

Yeah I'm sure once you get the intake off and maybe a few other things out of the way, there is plenty of room in there.

200k with regular maintenance should be doable without any major component failures.

I don’t think completely disassembling an overhead cam engine to blast the back of the valves is considered an easy job for most people.
Remove intake. Don’t have to remove head.

Hopefully 2025 and newer Broncos receive the updated version with MPI and DI injectors as that will put to bed the carbon buildup issues. Not clear on why they put it in the Mustang first given the 4-cylinder models are lower price point than most 4-cylinder Broncos.

Probably because that was the next model with the 2.3 that was getting a redesign at the time the engine was ready to go. I doubt it was ready prior to 2021 when the Bronco was being designed.

Here's what Google found for maintenance schedule:

https://www.winslowford.com/2023-Ford-Bronco-Maintenance-Schedule

Think it's in the owners manual as well. Oil and filter changes are going to be subjective if you're in a dusty area and/or drive allot of stop and go. I had my oil changed at around 3k miles just because new engine break-in and currently at 7k miles now and I think it's showing half life on the oil.

As for longevity??? there's a few threads already on here but it's a modern engine, should be good for at least 100k+ but who knows on the ancillaries like the turbo, etc. If you're worried then I highly recommend getting the extended warranty from Granger, this is my first new Ford and yes, I got the extended warranty coming from a Toyota!
Yeah, that's not bad actually, I'm a change oil every 5k or so, I am already 3 oil changes in (16k miles). I'll probably go ahead and do the air filter soon too. Yeah, I'm not up for the extended warranty, I don't really have time or patience for our local dealer. I bought from a dealer about 100 miles away.

The local dealer here (Beaufort/HHI) had no desire to deal at the beginning of the Bronco frenzy so I ordered from Granger and had shipped here in SC! Have little options for service around here though, so far no issue with them with the one oil change.

I would say easily...
I don't have any experience with the 2.3, but I did drive a Focus ST with the 2.0 until I got my Bronco, it had 340,000kms (210,000miles) with absolutely no oil burn and never needed a valve cleaning, even though it probably wouldn't have hurt. (I wish I never got rid of it)
