I belueve we have some forum members in the area that may know exactly how they have it strapped on there. It would be nice if Ford gave us a spare mount that replaced the swing gate with a pre-runner spare open tube swing gate.

thanks to this comment, i found the tailgate in the picture and it looks amazing but i havent seen anyone actually use the tailgate to mount the spare or lay it up against the tailgate if that makes sense
