Hello posting to see if anyone else had issues with these coilovers. After not quite two years and 22k miles they are toast. The tears started seeping oil last year. This year one of the fronts have completely purged itself all over the frame an arms of all its fluid. Eibach is of no help to remedy the situation other than to purchase another set. If you actually use your rig off road they claim no warranty. We don’t beat on the bronco but do use it. Further note they are not relbuildable which I did was fairly confident in when I picked them up. So for close to 2 grand you get not even 25k miles out of the set of throw away shock. Disappointing to say the least. Anyone have good reviews of coilovers? I run 37’s so need at least the 3” of lift.

No sir mine are just as they came other than two Michigan winters worth of road salt making them look horrible.

Looks like they are warranty the same issue for others per the thread posted above my response.
I’d try reaching out again to Eibach.

I had 3 of 4 of my Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 coilovers replaced under warranty after they blew up. Both my first and second set have lasted ~20k miles. HD springs up front. Rears were dangerous after they blew out. Traction control would kick on at interstate speed in traffic over expansion joints. Not fun.

They didn’t warranty the fourth because it hadn’t fully blown up

Maybe I’ll call back and get a better response or have to reach out to the vender. The guy shut me flat down. Or maybe I should have said minimal off road instead of a decent amount.

FWIW I wouldn’t buy them again. They just don’t hold up well enough even with light offroad usage. I put them through WAY more than light usage. They were abused more and more the longer I had them

Had same issue with my rears. Read their Million Mile warranty statement closely...if I recall the warranty requires that the claim be initiated by the vendor where purchased. In my case, I reached out to Panda to initiate the claim. They requested proof of purchase and a few pictures which they submitted to Eibach. Took a couple of weeks for Eibach to approve the claim and a few days later the new replacement shocks were delivered.

Well that’s a shame. Over 2 years on mine with no issues yet.
That being said. We have service trucks with King shocks and King won’t replace them for warranty, we have to send them in to be rebuilt and returned which takes a week or more and is horrible customer service for shocks that are very expensive.

For my rears I contacted PMW first, they told me to go to Eibach customer service

For my front, I went straight to Eibach

The time is strange too. Mine were approved the next day

Did you thread the preload collar upward so far that the measured distance exceeded 84mm up front? I think they warn not to exceed that or 110mm in the rear.

When I got mine, they had a limited lifetime warranty, now it's down to 2 years.
Can't imagine that means anything good for the quality.

Yikes. That’s not good. If I were doing it again (at budget), I would get 4WP/ProComp 2.5 Coilovers instead

Would rather save for something better than both tho

Negative for me, on both my sets
