People get upset when I call out manufacturers but 75% of the parts for broncos are garbage. This is pretty common in the custom car world to get a bad build it happens a lot. We rebuilt the same rear 4 link multiple times learning how to make it work on a bagged truck. Lots of unseen issues in the days before software was there to help.

that's what R&D is for, you don't experiment on customers vehicles. especially in this case where the builder has apparently zero concept of math and common sense suspension setup.

This is a one off experiment. Just go look at @SierraBronco build, engineering only get you so far and the rest is working it out.

I watched the video and now wonder how many people will see the heim steering on the Long Travel build and talk shit simply because these guys said it’s on the wrong way

i recognize dougs work, from evil manufacturing. had a ton of stuff done to my 14 raptor. i didnt like how things were going around before he moved to nevada, and when he moved he had this weird vibe like he was too busy for work or something. i tried really hard to get some work done for my braptor before deciding to take my money elsewhere. glad he didnt touch the brap

The main difference is that the suspension components you’re showing were designed by someone using CAD software, engineering knowledge, and common sense - unlike Evil Offroad’s creation, which seems to have been drafted with a stick in the dirt behind the workshop by someone lacking both suspension engineering knowledge and the decency not to misrepresent their abilities.

WOW…. I would be very upset to get that back after $70Gs. The Raptor suspension is great from factory. What a mess!!!
