I like the look more than the fender delete plates. Also the extra space looks like it would mitigate the need for a larger body lift. I need to stay away from this thread, I don't need 40s.

They do…. 2024 and up are all upgraded steering components when you go up to the sas package.
Not true. It's an option on the '25. Standard on '24

Now...do the metal flares from Ford fit that radius or would they be too small? I would love to do this and get the metal Ford flares to get more tire space and keep the tire coverage.

You can’t option the upgraded tie rods and steering rack. Ford made the change to all the badlands with sas.

Not sure why you chimes in … but here you go!

Yes, the 2025 Bronco Badlands comes with upgraded steering components, including the steering rack and tie rods, which are the same as those used in the Bronco Raptor and are designed for heavy-duty off-roading. These factory-installed upgrades are a significant improvement over previous models and are intended to enhance durability and performance for off-road use.

I don’t post nonsense bud

I doubt it. Factory flare mounts have been cut off as well as fender to body mounts.

It is slightly different than the raptor, it is the HOSS 3.0 rack.

That pic doesn't say anything about the steering rack... and oddly enough says Fox in the title, but Bilstein in the description.

So, I dunno that that proves or disproves anything, other than Ford needs to fire their Web Marketing team.

100% agree
Confusing
Was at my dealer getting the bilstein recall and was looking at the tie rods on a 24 badsquatch
25 raptor
25 badsquatch with fox option
Random non-squatch 25 base

and all the tie rods looked the same
Kinda weird

probably resort to using a digital mic. it would not shock me if the entire 25+ lineup is now using the same tie rods. As far as compression goes, I blew a flair off on factory suspension and a 37 on my braptor with only a 1.5+ on offset change, soo take with a grain of salt anything might "look" like it fits, but there most likely will be an issue somewhere.
