I have a 2022 4 door outer banks model. I’ve been running 33s (285/70/17) falken wildpeaks. I have a 2 inch spacer kit from rough country already installed and am wondering if 35” K03s would fit without removing crash bars or needing to upgrade suspension. Thoughts?

To be more clear, I’m looking at BFG K03 (315/70/17) C load

Would I be good in just removing the crash bars then? I’d be willing to do that but not so much suspension
What wheels are you running? The stock OB wheels are +55 offset which is going to put the 35s extremely close to the UCAs.

Do you have a size suggestion?
Don't know what you are going for? Extra pokey? Actually off roading? Simplest answer is Squatch wheels but they are stupid heavy and no one actually uses the bead locks.

If you remove crash bars, and do the body lift 3/4", use 2" wheel spacers, you'll be OK on the pavement, gravel road, and SOME mild "trails" (minimal suspension flex). Body lift is easy to do, and if you are going just for looks, you could explore the suspension tower spacers also (not too much lift though). My OBX SAS has Camburg UCAs (and the rest) with Icon shocks, 3" suspension lift, and runs on 35s. I can easily add 37s, but I don't want to. Most people would disagree with me, but I don't want to increase the weight of the wheels at all. I use OEM GY Territories (very light tires). I could go with heavier tire/lighter rims, but I happen to like SAS rims with fake "beadlocks".

I'm going to assume you mean you have a 2" puck lift and are asking if that's high enough for 35" tires to fit. The answer is YES. I put 315/70R17's on the Wife's BB with no lift at all. You should remove the "crash bar" inserted pieces.

There are a few of us using the SAS wheels with beadlocks outside Portlandia.

When he said 2" spacers, I thought he's talking about wheel spacers. Body lift "spacers" are seldom called "spacers" as you know. 2" pucks will definitely do it, but crash bars need to come out also.

It’ll be ok driving down the road. It would probably rub a bit on big potholes or at full turn.

Offroad you’d want some lift on it to keep the rubbing from tearing your fender liners out

To clarify : I thought you meant 2” wheel spacers (pushing your tires out - would roughly +12 offset) — versus a 2” tophat spacer that would lift the Bronco up

Meh, I see those terms used interchangeably between here, Facebook, Insta,... People should be more specific because "spacer" could mean anything nowadays. You're probably correct though, as I'm now 60% sure he meant "wheel spacers" too. (y)

I take things super literal. Funny childhood story is my Mom thought I was hard-of-hearing because she would ask me to do things, and I wouldn't do exactly what she expected. She had me go to a Dr. for a Hearing Test. The Dr. told me to go into the chamber and sit by the window. There were 2 windows with a chair under each, and a third chair in the middle. I chose the middle chair because I could more quickly move to the proper chair when I got the full information I needed. The Dr. opened the door and saw me in the middle chair and my Mom yelled out "SEE, that's what I'm talking about!!" I'm the Mechanical Engineering Manager for a gearbox manufacturer today. 🤷‍♂️

One does not make a few. Plus there are other options these days that are as effective as as bead locks. And weigh less.

See, these worked just fine in your neck of the woods.... or lack of woods as it may be.

Pucks and collars are janky lift solutions which eventually cost you much more...watch your drive and steering angles!
