im not sure if any auto manufactures will really be able to do anything like "put a v8 in a bronco" in that time frame though, if im not mistaken they would need to run new crash tests with the v8 along with all the redesigning to put the v8 in which will likely take longer then it should when you have a team of engineers poking at the design. i could be way off, i just think its a stretch to think that the bill will affect things as we hope it would in the time frame it has before it inevitably gets reversed. happy to be wrong though for sure, i think emissions standards have become way to crazy.Doesn't matter for the next 4 years.
