I have an order in for a '25 badlands, am I to assume that the new vehicles being built in the next few months are already incorporating the fixes for these issues?
No. My friend just got a 2025 Badlands (built in May of 2025). Picked it up yesterday and it has 5 recalls on it currently.

FWIW, BMW is consistently rated right behind Lexus in reliability these days for luxury brands.

Was not the case 5 to 10 years ago, but they seem to be doing something right.

JLR, Mercedes and Audi all seem to be having issues though.
Previous to the Bronco my DD was a 2012 BMW X5 that had over 110K miles one it. For all the negativity that BMW gets, it was one of the most reliable vehicles I have owned. The A/C compressor took a crap on it at 100K miles, but that was the biggest issue I had with it.

It was a thousand times more reliable than a 2010 F150 we had with similar miles when we got rid of that truck. Thank God I had an extended warranty on that one otherwise it would've bankrupted me. No exaggeration.

Got another recall in the mail today. Boy they sure are piling up. I have about five of them now that cannot be repaired. Trying to get into my phone app to see exactly how many I have piled up but now it has me blocked out, but I was in it yesterday just fine and now it just has a Ford logo when I sign in and I can’t get past it. Tell me how you can have a couple of recalls for over a year and they still don’t have a fix for it. Engine failure, shock failure back up camera failure among other things, but I can’t get in there to see them all right now. That’s pretty convenient that it’s blocking me out of the app.
i’ve decided that Ford has the shittiest customer service of any car manufacturer around. They don’t give a shit about those of us that have already bought Broncos. They don’t have the parts to fix them, but they’re still making new Broncos to sell. It’s really too bad that someone from Ford does not monitor this form and try to help those of us who bought their products. They just leave us out in the cold and wait for us to break down and then what?
and then when you do take them in to be fixed, they take a week to fix a 30 minute repair and don’t have a loaner car for you so you’re paying for insurance car payments and everything else while they have your vehicle stuck in their shop. This will be the last Ford I ever buy. I will go back to Jeep next time.
I had a 2021 Wrangler Rubicon that I just sold 4 weeks ago that had a clutch recall the entire time I owned it that they could not repair b/c they did not have the parts. They just repaired it 2 months ago. The recall said danger of fire and or clutch explosion. So Ford isn't the only one.

I'd be lying if I said my face hasn't been photoshopped onto that meme...
As long as someone gets a laugh from one of my rants, it was a job well done :)

Once again, the engine recall is already out with a repair available. I don't know why you can't understand what I'm typing.
You can go get it done whenever you want.
Because the dealership said there is NOT a fix as of 6 weeks ago. So you are saying that they don't know yet or just don't want to do it?

Based on what I've been through with my '19 F150 in the first 32K miles, I have serious qualms about keeping it forever....

… jm2c

There was a day when Henry started building cars in large volumes. He setup what we know as the Rouge Plant. It was just off the Detroit River where the Rouge River meets it.

His plan, was raw materials come-in, cars go out… Steel, iron, glass, etc.

TODAY, is there any vehicle completely made or mostly made by a single manufacture?

NOPE, there are international parts suppliers. Ford can have very high specifications, do a lot of testing, and perform a lot of quality control checks, but it's still a third-party vendor/suppliers that is responsible for the sub-part/sub-assembles.

Remember Firestone tires and the Ford Explorers?

Here is a response I got when I asked a question… and it had nothing to do with my question, but is shows ‘FORD’ is responsible for the recall and is the problem why it is taking so long.

BUT here is your fix:

“For relatively little money, Bilstein 5100s could be installed that are widely recognized to be at least the equal [to the recalled Bilstein shocks] if not better than the OEMs [recalled Bilstein shocks].

Not selling or driving your vehicle because you're unwilling to put a little bit of money into it and would rather wait months if not a year + for Ford for BILSTEIN to come up with a solution is a waste of your time, money and emotions.”

SO GO BUY BILSTEIN SHOCKS

Bilstein
caused the problem…
Bilstein is slow to deliver the needed 200,000 plus shocks to existing Bronco owners…
Bilstein is holding up production of new Broncos builds that use the HOSS 2.0 suspension…

Now go ahead and reward Bilstein for screwing you in the first place...

And that right there is one of many factors in why I bought my JL versus a Bronco after my lemony-scented experience with my aforementioned F150.

I have a VERY hard time rewarding mediocrity.

Too funny... every time you look at the JL grill... remember FORD designed the original. Ford won the government design contest and willies got the contact to build them. Ford was busy build tanks, aircraft, etc.

True. Ford did design the iconic simple, stamped steel grille. But all contributors built the vehicle to a military spec (design by committee), and Bantam was deemed technically the originator/inventor (Ford and Willys being the others that contributed).

In Defense of Ford, yes I have the same recalls but never had any issues with any of them. My camera has never acted up, my shock absorbers have no rust, and I have driven many miles, through many states and never had a fuel pump issue. I have found Ford communicates well, my dealer has always been proactive in contacting me about recalls, and making sure I would be taken care of. I have had my Bronco for three years, it has always been super fun and super reliable. Maybe I am the exception, but we love our Bronco!

Lol, no. Just an observation about companies that claim to provide an insurance coverage (or a warranty), but do everything they can to deny insurance benefits.
Every single "insurance" company is the same. They (in most cases) will honor your claim, but they WILL jack up your premium and YOU will pay that claim in instalments. Might as well get a loan and fix whatever needs to be fixed without involving them (cheaper in the long run too).

To the OP, as stated here over and over... We get it, get over it or get to selling it. With all the can busses and computers talking to each other screen interfaces doohickies and gadgets available on this it was bound to have recalls. I think it was 4 years ago I received a recall on my 1996 bronco for them catching on fire and burning to the ground. (It was a brake sensor wire at the master cylinder.) 5-minute fix. When there is a recall, they are going to make you whole. And to say it again, YOU CAN GO GET YOUR ENGINE TESTED NOW. That recall is available.

Funny you mention that recall on the 1996 for brake master cylinder sensor recall due to fires. It was a problem on the OBS trucks too, as my 1996 F150 also had it and had the recall work done.
