I don't know which engineer at Ford though the vertical Tetris block RPM gauge was a good Idea. I can only hope that person and all the others who encourage that and didn't say anything when they had a chance all stump their pinky toes weekly on sharp edges for the rest of their lives.

Then again I found if you just shift when it turns red you don't really have to worry about it..

Yeah that’s pretty cool, but then I’m guessing all of my animations would be Braptors, correct?
I could’ve just bought a Braptor cluster if I wanted all that. It’s bad enough having regular 4 doors animations as a 2 door owner

I meant programmable as in adding only certain features of the raptor cluster to the regular 25MY cluster. Like the performance mode, current gear indicator or simply just programming all the temperature/gauge readouts to show on the MY25 cluster. If you have any way of programming/changing those things alone, I’m all ears.

Anyway, if you show me where to find those calibration files in forscan, I'll be more than happy to post them.
But I've looked and even with the 2.4.16 beta, I don't have an IPC module firmware update tab anywhere that I can find.

Since you have FDRS, I would be cautious using FORScan to pull files from Ford servers. It is known to not always pull the correct files. The alternative would be to manually type the VIN of the vehicle you want to get the files from in FDRS, go to SW Updates tab and run the update so FDRS downloads the files. You probably have a ton of files in the folder FDRS uses to store files, so you may have to clear it out first to make it easier to find them.

You'd have to enable hidden files to be seen and navigate here to retrieve the files:

C:\ProgramData\Ford Motor Company\FDRS\fdrs\data\vehicle_software

This method also does not corrupt data on the server for either VIN since no update is being installed and no VIN tricks are being used.

It is weird that FORScan is not populating the IPC firmware update option for you. What version of FORScan are you using? The latest beta is 2.4.17. Off topic, but they added the ability to write to the DSM with that one. So if you know any F150 owners with the issue where the deployable running board motors stay running longer than they need to the boards get stuck in a loop going in and out until you restart the truck, you can flash the old DSM files on it now to fix it.

I'm on 2.4.16 beta.
I'll update to 2.4.17 and see if it makes a difference.
If it still doesn't show up, maybe I'll just try to delete everything and reinstall it.

That’s normally how I connect because I have multiple profiles for the same vehicle.
Still doesn’t bring up that IPC option.
I’ll update forscan and see what happens

It's possible that IPC you put in is not recognized in FORScan's database for your truck. I figured it would still let you write to it, but you may have to email their support.

Yeah I didn’t think about that. I’ll try connecting to a different vehicle also just to see, if I still can’t get it to work.

If you can access the ipc configuration and do changes means forscan recognized ipc module, check out different beta version

Is anyone here in a position of knowledge on the ease of replacing the new 2025 cluster with a 2024 vintage cluster?
Why do I ask? I have two 2024s and would like my 2025 to be the same, for commonality.
