Ford Performance???
Why bother them? They can't even get there tuner to work correctly, and when I call them about their special PCM for the 5.2 then don't even know what it does ...they can't tell you what parameters it's able to run, can't tell you if it hooks up to the BCM or even the factory speedometer. Those guys, at least the ones that answered the phone, AND emails, are complete overpaid morons and idiots.🥸

So you are surprised that you can't speak to the best and most knowledgeable folks at FP? You understand that at such large organizations, the smart/knowledgeable/talented people don't speak to the public, they communicate internally and externally to their large and important suppliers.

I too certainly admire you extreme "hobbyist" approach and accomplishments, but Ford and Ford Performance, natually, just want to run fast and far away from people like you (another compliment...).

Not surprised, more like disappointed in their lack of knowledge in the product s and the disconnect amongst themselves.
I won't go into details here, but their understanding and support for the PCMs they sell for the crate motors is far worse than the Pro-cal disaster.(steering)

more progress today, mocked up a new mount on the steel cover ECGS sent me.

now it's off to my favorite machinist tomorrow to get the tube installed and flatten the tube ends i sawed off for mock up.
