  1. Needs advice on antenna and power routing.

Oh yeah, for most antenna cable routing you will need to clip and replace the PL-259 connector on the end of the cable. Having gone through a plethora of connectors given all of the combinations (cable OD, insulator OD, center conductor OD, crimp type vs. solder type, etc.). This is the...
  2. Needs advice on antenna and power routing.

There are a lot of threads here with radio installs. Did you consider a side mirror antenna mount? I used a angled plastic vent mount for the head unit. Very slightly intrusive to a passenger but easily removable with the adjustable stalk I chose. I brought power to mine from an upfitter...
  3. What is this Raptor rear axle shock mount forged bracket for?

Hmmm, odd, two more or less identical questions, in order in the top of the Raptor section.
  4. How far away are the Green/Yellow/Red warnings when backing?

I've wondered the same thing and done a couple quick and easy tests with both front and rear cameras. One problem on the rear is when you are not backing up to a fully uniform vertical wall, deciding where each colored line actually ends/touches something is ambiguous.
  5. Wilwood Brakes for Bronco Raptor

Cool clamps. Your Braptor? Why the install at the OEM instead of a reseller? Seems odd.
  6. Ford Performance Tune

Pretty well impossible you're making 30 or even 28 psi on the FP tune. Something in your system or gauge or the operator is way out of whack. You're truck would also feel/be ridiculously fast...
  7. Ford Performance Tune

Yes, pretty sure that the max I ever saw, and that peak is highly condition dependent, i.e. very often ones peak will be much lower, maybe only ~20.
  8. Major upgrade to 2023 7-speaker system on a budget

I can't post right now as EOS, but thanks much for the purchase, shout out and compliment. Appreciated. Nice total system!
  9. Bronco Off Grid Power Setup with Bluetti Charger 2 (w/ Bidirectional Charging)

I cant post as EOS presently, but thanks for your purchase and shout out. Nice overall system.
  10. Ford Performance Tune

No, not what I said nor meant. Without some crap like a Pedal Commander throttle curve is not adjustable. The primary Bronco modes do plenty of throttle curve adjustments.
  11. Who got hit by a motorcycle?

If they did it's been put back up. Bad crash, very unobservant riding. Hope he's not permanently injured.
  12. Ford Performance Tune

This is speculative and to my sensations false. Although it's very clear to any experienced foot/butt combo that both with and without the FP tune, that Normal mode has a much more linear throttle map than Sport mode (Sport being as you described above as with FP tune). It's also quite evident...
  13. Everglades + Raptor Hood & Parts

Great mods. Everything looks right at home on your rig. The hood badge, as prior pister noted is dope!
  14. Doubled rear cross frame to increase hitch tongue weight. OEM frame is 1/8” thin!

As noted just above, it's more about the leverage than the load itself. The Raptor bracing only takes the static rating from 350 to 450 lb.
  15. Can Baja Design lens and bezel be flipped 180 degrees?

Thanks much. That said I still find this fairly confusing. In part due to my lack of knowledge of your product line. If it's not too much work, It seems like a big table of some sort could likely clarify everything. Folks need to know if each (pod style) light can be run at 0°, 90° and 180° and...
  16. Doubled rear cross frame to increase hitch tongue weight. OEM frame is 1/8” thin!

Nice quick back of the envelope calculation. It shows Ford uses decently large factors of safety. That said the dynamic loads significantly amplify static losds, probably by around double (say 1 g dynamic load). Ford obviously uses dynamic trailer loads though as well (to determine the static...
  17. Best and cheapest tire deflators: Boulder Tools.

Seems to vary a bit. My rough estimate after stopping the deflate is about 10 seconds.
  18. Best and cheapest tire deflators: Boulder Tools.

Not cheap but if you want fast and accurate: Monster Valves plus their schrader gage. Now you measure on one valve and deflate on the other. Unbelievably fast and accurate. It's so fast they sound like a RC jet motor.
  19. My FORScan for Mac setup instructions

Congrats OP on a involved, successful, intellectual exercise. Not being sarcastic. I'm a big Mac guy and for both FS and tuning, I gave up on my Mac and like others here got a cheap used Win laptop. It was not without some considerable and reasonably talented/informed struggle to stick with the...
