If the arbitration is directly by BBB then I'm reasonably sure that is not true. Any arbitration hat could be entered into would be voluntary and up to Ford as to whether binding or not. OPs state of GA has a limit of $15k. Here in CA, it's $12.5k. Some states do have low limits of $2.5k
