Lighting: Baja Designs and SPV:
I've only wheeled a few times and night out in the desert. I'd been toying with bumper pocket lights for a while since the factory Rigids are utter weak sauce. What pushed me over the top was the requirement for "aftermarket" lights for the upcoming 500 mile EXO...
I'm partial to Fusion from Autodesk. There is also a cheap (used to be free IIRC) hobby version. It has a nice mixture of traditional mechanical 3D CAD and surfacing, which was required for the toys I'm bringing to market. But between SW and Fusion it is largely 6 of one, half dozen of the...
Are the individual switches swappable into different physical slots? Been trying to figure this out without ig turning in to some big project.
To be clear, I know you can certainly rewire them, in multiple locations, that's not what I am asking.
OP, @RustysBronco ?? Any idea?
I think I've shifted back and forth from 2H-4H at af least 60+ mph. As stated above, the software won't let it happen under torque or anytime it won't be smooth and non damaging.
As I stated above, many states have $10k or above limit for Small Claims, including the OPs state. Do you read?
A consumer can absolutely choose Small Claims without prior going through BBB mediation.
Lastly, to be clear in BBB mediation, with Ford, FOR WARRANTY issues only, they are not...

Do they have to show up and in Small Claims always fully binding?
Yes.
Two additional braces and a reinforced frame. That said that does guarantee a flex level small enough to insure no cracks (assuming, of course that flex is a contributor).
If the arbitration is directly by BBB then I'm reasonably sure that is not true. Any arbitration hat could be entered into would be voluntary and up to Ford as to whether binding or not.
OPs state of GA has a limit of $15k. Here in CA, it's $12.5k. Some states do have low limits of $2.5k
Not clear to me if you were or were not under warranty at the time of the most recent failure - specifically when your rig went to the dealer for the evaluation for this latest failure.
If you were under warranty, file a small claims case, directly against Ford Motor Corporation.
Don't bother...
And, at the risk of being perceived as argumentative, I was trying to provide multiple things:
1. A more accurate definition of what is actually happening.
2. Pictures to help with those who are more visual learners.
3. A very small bit of math for the "nerds".
4. Corrections to incorrect...
