Upgraded the Dana 44 fdu and 60 in the rear. Mechanically everything seems good, everything is torqued and buttoned up. Used procal to recalibrate (4.88). Initially everything was good but as soon as the bronco hit pavement and went above 20 mph or so it throws a few of errors including service swaybar disco, advancetrac unavailable.

Double checked all wiring connectors and seems fine.

Anyone have any idea what could be the culprit?

There are only two connections - the ELD and wheel speed sensors.

So.. probably bad wheel speed sensor, since I don’t think the ELD will throw a code if it’s broke.

Go check your DTCs

Wheel speed sensor or tone ring misaligned/non-existent.

Shop building the wide D60 hit me up today for a vin to make certain he had the proper tone ring. May or may not make a difference but it’s comforting that he’s being diligent.

If you are buying an pre-assembled Dana built for Ford Bronco rear end it should (key word there) have the appropriate tone ring - that isn’t something the end user would typically have to change or source. But you are right - if that’s the wrong type (like you bought D60 for another vehicle and had the suspension stuff customized) - it could happen

Absolutely you’re right but this isn’t from Dana. Completely custom unit. +5” per side with an Ox locker.

Glad you live on the other side of the country! Someone else can be your huckleberry.

Probably need to data log the abs like I did for @NORCALGXP. A decent FDRS user could figure it out in a hour or two
