I don’t care for the way it sounds on the way they handled it. But putting the OEM springs back on until it’s resolved would have worked. Provided you kept them.

That's at least two more spins on the lift - a lot of time and effort if you're doing it yourself, or a fat stack of labor-hour cash if you're sending it off to a shop. The Eibachs also don't dial down to stock height on either end, so you'd have to do both ends or drive around dragging your rear. That doesn't sound like an acceptable solution to a problem allegedly caused by the components they sold.
It's not heartening to say the least, and it would be even more worrying if one of their reps shows up here and tries to "fact check" a bad customer experience.
I would prefer not to be a doomer about this - the Eibach set was definitely one I was considering if/when my Badlands reservoirs pop themselves off. I want it to be a good product with good support. I hope they take actual care of this.

Did you ask them for any other solutions that would minimize your downtime?
You're probably right. Maybe I did jump the gun. I did not ask. I should have. But the email I received just didn't seem to entertain another option. Oh well. I'm over it. It just take couple of days to get over anything these days now.

Best of luck... I was just asking. Sometimes you need to lead vendors to do the right thing. Doesn't mean that you are wrong, but if you don't ask, the answer always seems to be no.

It took them a month, they finally approved a warranty for my raptor rear springs.
I'm also squatting like crazy. they think its my forged rim with the same size but heavier tire... its maybe 10-20 lbs heavier then the stock setup... if that can cause the truck to squat. something is still wrong with the springs.....

I have a 2022 4 door, Sasquatch, with Hoss 2.0. I installed the Eibach Pro Spring Lift about 2 years ago......nothing but accolades for this setup. It's performed above and beyond my expectations (I have separate review for this on the forum). It is sad though, and I'm sorry to hear, that your experience with them was terrible - especially from a Customer Service standpoint. As one of the members said on this thread - "A true measure is really how they react when things go wrong." The number of potential, future customers they would of otherwise had - is going to get terribly affected by this. I'm hopeful they will respond to this and try and rectify it.

They have a HD spring but it says if you have 500 pounds of extra gear.

Having similar issues with Fox with their soft rear springs. Wanted me to send them in, I told them I can't afford to have them removed and sent in. They have stiffer spring for sale but don't want to help us who have the issue by sending us the $300 part. A shame really, I like the coilovers but they seem to not want repeat customers.

IAG for example, i had an issue with a skid plate rivet and they promptly send me a whole new bracket for the gas tank skid and a shipping label to return the messed up one. That's what good companies do, take care of the customers.

I currently have KINGs on and their Customer Service is Top Notch. I didn't even buy direct from them and those guys stayed on the phone with me to talk about suspension dynamics, my setup, how to maximize it.....etc. Learned a lot and walked away very impressed.

I'm really happy with my recent haul of heavier Eibach springs for my Fox performance elite's but they came by way of Accutune who made sure I was getting exactly what I needed after much back and forth. Worked out great..

Shoot, I totally forgot about Kings. I had Kings on all my previous vehicles. You're right. They go above and beyond. I had a leaky shock on my Rubicon JL. They sent me another one and I sent the old one back in the new box. No down time.

Seems those of us with spring rates spec’d specifically for our vehicles are happy with Eibach springs.

I think that's the key.. figuring out exactly what rate you need for your specific ride before buying something generic and being unhappy. Companies like Accutune make that easier. The springs aren't the problem..

Hi @jessquatch,
I am the sales manager at Eibach. I think the part you are failing to mention is that we were trying to work with you but you were to impatient to provide us with all of the pertinent info we needed to make a claim. But since you want to go public with this lets talk it through.

1st, The pictures you sent are from a garage floor which are typically slopped 1% - 2% for drainage, so a level on a rock slider isn't a reliable form of measurement.

2nd, The measurements you sent us do not match the measurements you posted up on the "Fox + Eibach - Springs powder coated Fox orange" AND you never sent pictures of these measurements like we asked, just pictures of the actual vehicle which honestly to me look great (see below)

And lastly, you failed to mention these springs were stripped and re powder coated which voids our warranty anyway and could be the cause of your issues. If they stripped them with chemicals or fire you can affect the molecule structure of the metal and cause deformation and or weaking, which could result in loss of height. Regardless it's in our warranty that altering our products in anyway voids our warranty.

We stand behind our products 100% and always have, are we perfect, no, but you have to give us a chance to help you before you just throw your hands up and and say we aren't doing anything for you. You also have to remember we deal with 1000's of customers and we might not be able to get back to you within minutes every time you e mail us, but I can guarantee if you call us we will pick up the phone every time and at least let you know where your case stands.

For the record we have HD springs coming very soon for anyone looking for a higher rear end lift or for people carrying a little more load or towing. @jessquatch if you are still interested we will send you a set, just let us know.
