Only if what goes wrong is directly related to this. e.g. I doubt you'd get spring warranty work done after doing this. But even that is arguable. So warranty concerns are minimal at worse.

I can try to measure the exposed out profile of the collars this weekend. I did not do that beforehand.

As I said, I will be reporting back with details regarding the 37s fitment next week. If previous forum member’s experience holds they will be fine.
Are you running a heavy aftermarket winch bumper up front or aftermarket bumper/tire carrier out back? I think I’m going to go this route too, especially after everyone’s results and seeing as how the F150 Raptor guys have been running various heights of spring perch collars on their Fox’s for years.

However, debating on 3/2.25 or 2.25/2.25 setup as I’ll be running winch/bumper @ ~180 lbs up front (not sure of existing capable bumper weight…80ish lbs maybe, so maybe +100 lbs up front) and ~ 130 lbs of rear bumper/tire carrier. I don’t mind some rake, but definitely don’t want the rear squatting normally or with any load…

No- I’m not. Nothing adding weight on either end. I don’t think this is the right kit for you if you plan to get crazy with aftermarket bumpers and winches etc. I say that only because you lack adjustment options. I’ve had a variety of setups on other vehicles (Icon, King, Fox, Elka) that allow for preload adjustments and if you’re planning on adding serious weight I’d suggest using one of those.

They are much more expensive options but they are the CORRECT way of addressing your concerns. I’ve said before I will be seriously evaluating the Carli/King options once they come out. Until then this is a good option for the HOSS 3.0 IMHO.

Anyone found a puck/perch level combo for the Hoss 3.0 yet?? Been waiting since November for something to launch.. I have see the puck (Broncbuster) & the perch (RPG), but not the combo. Love the ride in my 3.0 and don't want to stiffen it too much with a perch only. Would be nice for a 2.25 front/1.5 rear, or something close.... Also would be nice if the price was not inflated too...

There are no other options other than what you see on this thread, which also would include the 2 1/2" RC lift that they "RC" claim doesn't work on Hoss suspension, though 2 people on here have already installed and seems to have worked fine. Number 3 will be me beginning of next week. You do have the option to completely change out the suspension with all new coilover system, that will be costly, but is an option.🫤

So some final measurements for consideration. I went with Falken AT3w’s in 37x12.5r17 on OE Wildtrak wheels (which I like).

A few thoughts first. I can honestly say that these 37s are smoother riding than the OE GYs. I can feel the difference but general power is not tremendously impacted. These Falkens are great on road. And look far better in person than on the inter web.

I can say that the overall ride quality between the RPG collars and the new tiresis very close to stock. Just a touch stuffer but not in a bad way.

I’m using 1.4” wheel spacers and between those and then collars I am clearing the tires well at full lock and the spare still fit (BARLEY) under the rear taillight.

I’ll plan on adding one of the tailgate reinforcement options (likely the RC due to price and basic functionality).

Final measurements are 42” at the wheel wells, front and rear, with staring measurements at 38.5” front/ 39.25” rear.

Alignment is scheduled for Wednesday next week. I will get some decent pics before and after posted up tomorrow. I will also try to get those secondary droop measurements sometime this week.

Lift is on and he said everything worked fine. He thinks it looks and rides great and so do I. Actually gained about 3 1/2" in front and back is level. Getting alignment on Friday morning, but drives really nice. Love the look. 😊

Sorry, didn't mean for 3 pictures. Lol Also, it's sitting on a upward incline here.🫤

Nice work! Looks good. Maybe my measurements are a bit off? That’s too much of a delta. Maybe it’s my garage floor… either way- curious if you agree with my general assessment? If so it would seem there’s some consensus about the RPG/HOSS 3.0 and that would be helpful for others to know.

I literally just got home from my alignment after adding the 37s. Now that that is done I’m going to start playing in the dirt and looking at flex and travel issues. I don’t anticipate any. Will report back.

My front measurement was approximately 38 3/8" back was just about 40". Now both right about 42". 2 1/2" RC lift. New UCA's. I also have 1.25" Bora wheel spacers, also on the stock wheels. Did not have to modify the diff skid plate. For the light off-roading I do, even moderate, I am pretty confident that this will be just fine, and I have just over a grand into it. I went all out on my 16 Tacoma with King coilovers and Total Chaos UCA's which cost a pretty penny and I think overkill. I think this fits the bill at least for me.😁

Thanks, I really like them too. They are just low enough to work as a step, but not too low. I like that they say, Since 1966, on them. Seem like good quality, and easy to install. "Hookie Road", and only around $300. 😎

Anyone found a puck/perch level combo for the Hoss 3.0 yet?? Been waiting since November for something to launch.. I have see the puck (Broncbuster) & the perch (RPG), but not the combo. I'm trying to get an update from Icon on their 3"/2" hybrid preload/spacer lift for Hoss 3.0. If this won't be available anytime soon I'm thinking of trying a workaround... In a video of the Icon install it says the front top plate spacer is shorter than the rear. So from that I'm assuming the front has 1.5" preload/perch spacer and 1.5" top spacer. I want to confirm with Icon on this, but if that's the case I could get the Icon kit, but just purchase the HOSS 3.0 compatible RPG 1.5" perch spacers for the front only. This would minimize the steering geometry/CV impacts of both lift types in the front, while allowing me to use the better rear option of the top spacer only. This would retain the hybrid design both Icon and Zone use, by replacing the narrower Bilsteins/SAS perch spacers in their kits with the RPG. RPG perch or lifts using the top hat spacers only seem to be HOSS 3.0 compatible, like the RC 2.5" kit. However, I don't want to go over a 2" puck in the front due to potential steering/CV impact (though RC tries to compensate with their drop bracket, but I have reservations with RC quality).

A tunable Fox/King suspension would certainly be better given the winch bumper and other mods I want, but I don't want to waste these HOSS 3.0 Fox's. Nor are these readily available right now, except Icon(and possible downgrade?), and I don't want to spend 4-5k on that setup right now with my mild/intermediate offroad adventures and occurring <20% right now.
