So ive been waiting 577 days not as long as most, and my wildtrak came in friday night , so i went to look at it saturday, i was so dissapointed when checking it over, 1) both doors were not flush sticking out about a quarter inch ,2) there was a hole in the weatherstripping above the drivers side door, 3) the window on the passenger side is bearly touching the top weatherstip (air leak) 4) the center weather stip between the 2 front mic top panels is sticking out on the end near the windshield, dont they check these things at the factory ?????

Correct spec window to rubber is like 2mm. If it’s more than 2mm you have a hanging window when you open the door. That sounds like proper spec. It doesn’t leak air at 2mm engagement. Would like to see pics of weatherstrip and 1/4 door misalignment.

nope ive had fords all my life, have a f-150 Raptor sitting in my driveway, never had a problem with it, just sad that they dont take much pride in there work now

Ford decided I didn't need the free head liner on a 77k purchase. I took it home anyways, working on getting it as an aftermarket fix.

I get that, but would you rather have a couple small issues that can be corrected (heck, these aren’t urgent and could be done while you get an oil change) or would you rather not have a Bronco?

I’m not arguing that the QC shouldn’t be improved, but theres issues that can occur with any make/model of vehicle nowadays.
