Wheel/tire build question

Good day everyone!
Just made my order for 2024 bronco wildtrak.
Was researching builds in internet and found the exact look i want to get but unfortunately i cant find the tire size installed in the car (attachment below) and what was done to the suspension.
Maybe someone can help?

Looks like 37’s. Possibly a 2” lift. Some poke from wheel offset or spacers. Lots of suspension options.
