Transmission fill tool

Good morning All,
I’m getting ready to service my transmission and have seen the Rotunda J-hook fill tool but am unwilling to pay $140 for one. Does anyone have the measurements for the tool so I can bend one out of some SS?

Use your tube bender with 5/16 or 3/8 tube and bend to the minimum radius. It will work fine. There is plenty of room under the Bronco to properly position it.

I just bought my Bronco at 33k miles. How Do I find out if the 10spd has been serviced?
What intervals does Ford want it done at?

I was reading the service interval for the trans on my ‘24 Badlands 2.7 is 150k, hard to believe, can someone confirm?

I'm not sure what you mean by cleaning?

I bought this rig on Amazon. It comes with several adapters. It will suck the old fluid out and blow the new fluid in. Works better than the old girlfriend. It really does do a good job and helps reduce most of the mess when dropping the transmission pan.

I guess maybe more for the mityvac ones that aren't just for filling. Like if it has used oil in it, then ATF, then old gear oil, then new motor oil, etc.

How much cleaning are people doing between fluids...I'm guessing none because that sounds like a pita

No idea. I have multiple things for separate uses. So none of my clean fluids are mixed with dirty fluids

They will say first service after warranty is over (as everyone does). Do it every 30K minimum, I only use Amsoil ATF and never look back
