I agree. I installed a PPE pan with a drain plug primarily for ease of servicing. I installed the pan at 1000 miles, and did a drain and fill at 13000. I measured the drained amount and replaced with the same. Double check with dipstick. Easy.

There is a dipstick, but it’s only accessible under the Bronco, on the side of the transmission.

"Potential" anything doesn't meet the requirement for a lawsuit. Actual damage is the only thing you would be entitled to. Hopefully the dealer will own up to it, and replace the damaged...
I don't like the auto headlight feature either. When I start my Bronco, the next two things I do are: press the "autostart/stop" button, and turn the headlight switch to the position I choose. Done!
If you just want something to fill the space in the bumper, these are probably fine.
If you need something to be functional and dependable, then the US made options listed in the the thread are a good choice.

I have Husky mats. They fit perfect after I snipped off the nubs on the back. Took about 10 minutes with a small diagonal cutter. That's the best option in my opinion. Certainly fit better than Weathertech, and offer more coverage then OEM.
Excessive poke looks ridiculous to me. On any vehicle on the road.
However, passing and enforcing a law that prevents ones ideas of what a vehicle should look like is more ridiculous.
