The dealer install option is just them chucking it in the cargo area and laughing.So I'd glossed over past Ford Accessories Tool Roll discussions here but seeing this thread, and having recently played "fetch that tool"® just a few too many times, has me paying more attention this time.
Seems like a decent enough start, nothing will ever meet everyone's needs unless they are towing a Snap-On truck, and having logged into the FA site I see I have enough points even before the STAR20 discount (for which I received no heads-up from Ford, odd) so going to go ahead and pull the trigger. I'm also noting potential add-on's as indicated by others both here and the other threads on this topic.
As a 2DR (manual) owner I'm curious - where do you guys stash this? Looks too big for the rear floor cargo cubby - under the passenger seat (no electric motors here)? Or is that what I get if I pop for the $14 dealer installation option?![]()
