I do not have the tow package, but would have the proper hitch and trans cooler installed, what else would be needed?

2014 Pontoon Boat, trailer and outboard. Pretty sure it comes in right around 2800 - 3000 lbs. (would verify before I did any of this and there is ALWAYS something to "just toss in")

2021 Bronco 2 door 2.3L auto with the rear locker.

I normally just use my old silly truck, so this is not a need to do, just an idea that passed through my head as I have to do the brakes, again, on the old PW.

This was a lot easier when I had the Expedition where I could toss the entire family in and attach a trailer a go.

double axle trailer means its likely way more than your estimated weight, bad idea unless for very short tows.

Depends how fast and far you plan to pull it. If you’re just going down the road to the lake under 55 with no steep downhills, and under 4K lbs, you’re probably fine …. Otherwise nah

Take it to a good scale and get it weighed with a certification to carry with you. If something were to happen you will be held liable and your insurance will not pay. Jim.

I towed one with my Bronco... I wouldn't recommend 80 MPH on the freeway, but it was only 3k pounds.

It wasn't a problem at 55 MPH.
