Reposting here as well. Found these in the ford parts catalog. Possible Interesting suspension update coming for a version of the bronco. Live dampening Fox suspension.

A few additional updates.

We continue to build on the spreadsheet. We captured some additional information reported by @Milner here.

There are some new tabs added by @Gene Dios with some trailing arm information.

I suspect we will continue to add additional categories and information moving forward.

Different angles, same spot. Didn't move Bronco. I found a ramp in nature. Icon.

Do you have a front sway bar here?

Always interesting seeing super flexy rear axles while the front is not close to max compression.

Front yes, disconnected, no.
Rear also yes, factory.
Here's another picture of me having fun but in a more compressed scenario. Rear tire is touching....close but touching.

Can someone add the 4wp spring rates who has edit access. They are 650 lb/in front and 250 lb/in rear per the manufacturer.

Kinda high. did you also get spring free length? I haven’t put mine on yet. Probably 1” or less preload to get them to sit near mid travel in the front on stock 4 door. How is yours sitting? How much preload do you have?

650LB front spring rate is very very stiff. We use that rate for our "heavy weight" front coilover option that is designed to fit Broncos with an additional 400-850LB of added weight.

However, we also change the valving on the the main piston and adjusters to match the spring rate.

Yes. 16 front 18 rear.
I agree the front rate was higher than expected. The rear is right about what I figured. I am not totally sure my measured preload in the front. My rear is ¼” (just enough to keep the spring from allowing movement.).
My fender heights on stock 33” with 36psi is 39 ¾” rear and 38 ⅞” front.

I could drop the front some, but I was happy with this rake once I got it all adjusted. The rear needs some thin tender springs to drop any more. I have not found a tender springs that would work well yet. May have to switch to a 16” main spring with a tender in the rear if I want to drop the ride height any. Still debating that path currently. It does look like a 16x3-250 would be possible without spring bind with a tender in the rear. Just not sure I want to drop 300$ to lower it 1”.

For comparison, my stock badlands non-sas fender heights were 37 ⅛” front and 38 ⅞” rear.
