I apologize in advance, fellas; I know this is probably covered in a hundred places, but i just couldn't find an on-point answer. So let's start from the beginning. A vintage Bronco has been my dream truck since i was about 7 years old. Very recently, I purchased a base '25 Bronco with the intention of tuning and modifying it with aftermarket parts so as to look like the Broncos of my childhood that I can't bring myself to pay for and drive every day. I'm stuck on the suspension because I don't know what the hell I'm doing with these things. I don't off-road--it's the deal i made with my old lady to buy the truck after a friend of mine was paralyzed a couple of decades ago on a completely unconnected ATV accident, but that's the price I have to pay to continue to own my house and buy the truck. So with that in mind, I'm hoping for some help from you folks in figuring out the combination of parts I'm about to list below and whether they would work for what I need--37" tires, on 17" wheels, in a build that looks something like this: (https://www.liftedtrucks.com/wholes...d-Bronco-ac62688cac1857b175b143bed729f5c7.htm.

Here is what I'd like to do. I spoke to a rep at Rough Country and they said that if I run the Rough Country lift kit below, with the fenders and quarter panels below and the aftermarket tubular bumpers I've got picked out, and I remove the crash bars, I shouldn't have any problem running 37" inch wheels. Does this make sense to you folks with experience doing this?

https://www.roughcountry.com/produc...RX4CswvUAb_KSqQsNmyCgpWf8g74RVGBoCpPUQAvD_BwE (M1R Resi Loaded Strut Lift Kit - N3 Struts)

https://advfiberglass.com/collectio...25-ford-bronco-fenders?variant=41599251382337 (fenders)

Next, I've been advised to combine with this with some upgraded upper control arms, but i don't know whether to do upgraded OE arms, or arms with some lift. What I would like to avoid here is using spacers, that look like they're putting some tweaking pressure on the suspensions to me, and I don't know how that priority fits into the rest of this. Any help on what is best would be appreciated.

Hate to bring bad news and not be of notable help with the original question, but the company manufacturing those fenders is currently going through bankruptcy proceedings. I’d steer clear of them, and consider a company like Fiberwerx instead.

Base non-Sas? You can probably go with Bilstein 5112/6112's, remove crash bars (and mounts? See JKS Max Tire Kit and StinkyFab crash bar delete) and be pretty close. If you want > 2" of lift, you might need new UCA's, but I don't know they're required. Also probably some rim spacers or +12-0mm offset rims.

Base Sas? A 1-2" body lift, delete crash bar mounts (see above) and rim spacers/lower offset rims and you will probably be good.

I'd start by reading a few threads here, this has been rehashed a lot.

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/thre...y-experience-results-pics.57100/#post-1642749

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/37”-tire-regrets.106028/

I'll follow that up with a couple of things:
Rough Country doesn't get a lot of love here. I don't have a strong opinion either way, but a lot of folks here can steer you to places where your money may be better spent.

37" tires is a rabbit hole, and you will probably spend more than you were hoping. The fact that you don't intend to offroad helps, you can probably live with some rubbing at extremes, but it'll still be a lot of various upgrades.

The general advice for 37's:
Remove crash bars
1'"-1.5" wheel spacers, or +33mm (or lower) offset wheels
2" or more (non-sas) of lift via either or some combination of suspension, top-hats, and/or body lift
JKS Max Tire or be willing to cut back/re-jigger your front fender liners significantly

New bumper and fender flares won't do you any good for tires, but if you want them that's fine. New fenders - if you are going larger than 37's, but aren't required for just 37's provided you get enough lift to keep the tires from banging into them.

Yeah, I would recommend true 35" (34.8") tires over 37's, they look really similar, cost a little less and fit better.

Appreciate the response. I’m very open to any manufacturer that makes this style of fender/QP (want to avoid the two piece flare aesthetic in favor of the vintage look). Any further guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.

So with bumpers and fender flares, I’m swapping those out because of aesthetics—I just hate the way the OE fenders and bumpers look and I’m looking for an aesthetic as far as fenders and quarters like the build in the attached image. If you can recommend anyone that makes these it would be greatly appreciated because fiberwerx doesn’t have anything like ones I linked.

ADV's fender business hasn't been affected, as far as I've heard. People seem to like them. Just keep in mind ADV has had past issues including bankruptcy of a prior company and heavy involvement in a multi-million dollar roof debacle where lots of fully prepaid customers aren't getting refunds (in the several thousands of dollars), and that is ongoing. It's a risk, in other words. If you have a white Bronco, people have said they just go on with minimal work.

Anderson Composites have some. But I think those need more work to fit.

Thaaaank you; I couldn't find these and they seem to be the exact set from the build above. What do I do for liners with these? Anderson doesn't seem to make them for their fenders.

I don't know. I'd use a search engine for "bronco6g anderson composites fender" and look for others that have them.

I have a 2-door or I’d do this deal in a second.

37”s are a project…I recommend 3”+ lift, JKS kit, 3/4”+ wheel spacers (+12 - 0 offset), rear track bar relocation, UCAs and maybe a small body lift and/or diff drop…37”s are heavy and need a bigger heavier coilover to control them (the coilovers you linked are for 35”s)…your stock non-Sasquatch coilovers are not up for the task…coilover choice will depend on how aggressively you drive but bigger is better…do some homework on them! Good luck!

just spoke to sales and they use the OE liners. And they’re in stock. Your response saved me 6 weeks and $600. Thanks man.

Does this make sense to you folks with experience doing this?

https://advfiberglass.com/collectio...25-ford-bronco-fenders?variant=41599251382337 (fenders)

Yes , you can achieve what you want . everything you listed is Good , but would advise adding a UCA to your list . I have Zero opinion on the struts , as I have Zero first hand experience with those struts . I used EIbach instead for now , very happy with their bang for the buck . I used the ADV Fenders , Bedside , and Hood . Very happy with the fit and finish . just paint and install . I did use the 8" fenders and fender liners .

I just completed basically what you are trying to do minus some details, but from a SAS model. Running “37s” on a -12mm offset wheel with eibach coilovers and zone UCAs. While the UCA may not be necessary (I don’t off-road), for the price it seemed like a no-brainer for me. I also did track bar relocate.
