Can get deals on Raptors now in Canada probably $15-20K off for cash buyers...besides that a budget would help narrow it down it seems more info overload now:)
That's the best idea. Sell and build a Raptor. Better in every area! Except cash... however, it sucks to be weighed down in life with cash. HAHA

That won't work. He's hauling a trailer and way overloaded. He needs springs and shocks setup for the weight he is hauling. There is no simple solution at this point. Structural crossmember has been removed as well.
Really? the crossmember part that was removed could be repaired...I've modified mine. Nowhere in his post does he say he's heavily overloaded and he just shows a small lightweight trailer that he says he tows occasionally, not daily. If he needs more capacity than the the hoss 3, I actually like the air bag options I've seen that add extra capacity...

it really isn't that complex.

heres mine on OEM bilsteins...rear ONLY has the mount redrilled 2" higher for a bit of lift.

Better to lease and keep milage logs for the write offs any tricor dealer and some Ford dealers will do internally funded lease deals. More profitable for them and you likely.

You're an off roader. He's an "overlander". Big difference!

You have Spare Delete, much lighter tongue weight trailer (sub 300lbs) and truck rides level when loaded.

He likely has 500lbs + of gear in the truck, rear spare, heavy tongue weight (300-500lbs) overland trailers are notorious for heavy tongues.

I do agree air bags are a good compromise for temporary extra weight support. However, not great off road if doing "overland" things.

not here to argue, but he said " Mainly aggressive rock crawling/trails etc (not any fast offroading stuff like Baja)" nothing about "overlanding".
So we likley travel some of the same trails here in the PNW.

500lbs is an exaggeration. and the moar door wheelbase should support the loads better.

his tounge weight is 275lbs, mine is nearly 400lbs. speaking of which, my receiver is 2" closer to the bumper than OEM , and OP has one of those 2" hitch extensions made for bicycle racks. the extra leverage it provides is WORSE than the 500lb extra gear you claim, or the tounges weight. those hitch extensions are just plain wrong.
