No it didnt come with the reinforcement bracket so I will be looking to install that in the future. Which did you go with and did you install your self?I'd say it's an easy, cheap thing I'd install for sure. If you have a gap between your spare tire and bump stop, this will help with any movement.
Do you have a tailgate reinforcement bracket? I lubricated the weatherstripping on the rear glass, added these squash balls, and a reinforcement bracket and it's been great.

There are fender clips inside there - you are supposed to pop the middle rivet out and the outer clip will then come out.Has anyone taken the bump stops off and if so how did you do it?
That's what i did, tire shop called and said the tire wouldn't sit flush. Took me 5 mins with a new Xacto blade and a tape measure. Cuts like butterWould it be easy for the dealership to trim the rubber bumpers a little bit if I was doing the opposite and going up in tire width?
