I have a 2023 bronco outer banks with a Sasquatch package. I put on 1.5” spacers and a leveling kit but when I make real tight turns the tires rub on the factory running boards. Anyone else have this issue or know a fix for it.

1.5” is a lot. Why? Scrub radius is way out there now.
Obvious options.
Remove the spacers. Or get thinner ones.
Cut the running boards off or move them rearward by slotting holes.
Remove the running boards.
Don’t make real tight turns.

Just barely rubbing? Maybe 1" spacers will reduce your scrub radius enough to avoid rubbing? Or at least reduce it to facilitate other minor adjustments.

It's a math thing. You have increased the size of the tires turning path by pushing the center point outwards. What used to tuck under the fender, now hits it.

If you just wanted more poke on your Sasquatch with the original wheels and tires; get some standard fender flares. That will give you some poke without messing up the geometry.

lol thanks! I was like damn asking a question and all the negativity.
You're good. It's all rough love.

But yeah, the fix is either go with smaller spacers, remove the running boards, or get drastic with either the grinder or wheels with less offset.

Reminds me of that bad Groucho Marx joke:
"Doctor, it hurts when I do this"
"So don't do that"

Those spacers will void your Ford warranty and eventually lead to your economic downfall from repair costs. ;)

Fix: Don’t turn so sharp ….

reminds me of past years when you see an elderly person who keeps cranking against the turn stops and power steering pump squealing away in protest!! Geezzz

that is a large positive scrub radius on 34.4” SAS tires. I would remove the wheel spacers and change out the fender flares to get the look. Fixing the rubbing by altering the running boards does not address the more significant increased scrub radius.
