SiriusXM presets no longer cycle

So, when I had the free SXM trail, I set up the first two pages of presets with FM radio stations. Pages three thru six were SXM presets.
Trail period ended and I did not continue service.
When service ended, I did not make any changes to any presets.
I got the "we miss you" email and restarted service for $4.95/month.
The SXM stations are active, but when I cycle thru the presets using the steering wheel buttons, it will only cycle thru the FM stations. If I manually select a SXM preset and then try to cycle forward or back, the radio goes back to preset one of the FM stations.
I've done a reset of the radio and battery cable, neither worked.
Has anyone experienced this and were you able to fix it?

I'm more impressed that you were able to find enough channels that warrant one to fill three pages of presets.

I assume your desired function is to get to the last FM channel preset and cycle back to the first FM channel preset? I remember running in to something similar in my Lincoln when I had SXM channel presets that were no longer valid channels. In short, you'll need to replace your SXM preset pages with AM/FM channels.

It will cycle thru all of the FM presets fine, it won't cycle thru the SXM presets.
I can swipe to a page with SXM presets and manually select one and it works. If I try to select a SXM preset before or after the SXM preset I'm listening to, the radio jumps back to the first FM preset.

This has been happening to me and I've had SiriusXM without any breaks in service. It's been driving me crazy. I tried removing some pages of presets and did a restart by holding power and track forward button but nothing seems to fix this issue. Have no idea what's going on with it.

So funny... I don't know what the wife pays to have this, but she insisted that we activate the Bronco as well. I have 100's of channels to choose from and listen to 1-2 only.

I've been guilty of paying for the service. Always call after the year promo is up to cancel and they throw another bone. I have 5 stations in my pre-set. Mostly my fault as I don't explore other channels, but I'm hardly in the Bronco for long periods of time where I need to listen to podcasts and the like.

I have not experienced this but I have never used the steering wheel to cycle through stations. I'll have to check that out.

When it shows an FM channel have 1 of your Sirius stations playing hold the FM station pic + should put Sirius station in pre set.Had to do this after a recall visit wiped all my Sirius pre sets out.To all that don't like Sirius you must be lucky enough to have other good Radio Station options-Enjoy!
